10/28 I deposited $1000 to the Borgata casino app on a deposit matching promotion, for a total of $2,000. I played a while, winning some, losing some, until I got down to close to $1000. Having lost and won variously, there should have been a substantial amount that I could withdraw at this point. I tried many avenues and sent multiple emails to Borgata, with no response. I was able to retrieve $20 of my $1000, and the remaining amount. Expired as I waited for some sort of response from the casino. Please help.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:There has been NO ACTION TAKEN whatsoever to resolve this matter. No one has reached out to contact me from Online Gaming. Please clarify in what way this "matter has been resolved".

I was advised several attempts were made to reach you by telephone. They sent an email asking to set up a call with the Online Team. I did not receive any other feedback from the online gaming team. You must contact them directly. We are unable to assist with any online gaming issues.
