Called the dealership to let them know that the van was making a loud sound when driving over 60. The salesman who sold us the van won’t answer our text or calls until four days later. When he finally did he directed us to go to a near by dealership that they also own. Long story short the mechanic told us the problem was because the two tires needed to be replaced. We contact the salesman by phone to see when the two tires where going to be replaced only to be told the manager was not going to pay for this because we received a good deal on the van. When we bought the van we were told the van was in perfect condition. Now besides the tire problem the navigation screen keeps freezing and the radio keeps making a noise and fading in and out. We paid a good amount for this van and it’s not even a month and we have these types of problem. We tried to speak with the manager and he kept ignoring our calls. We want the tires to be replaced, the navigation and radio to be fixed or to refund us the money so we can pay for everything to be fixed. We tried contacting their facility to settle this but no one is getting back to us. I am afraid this van has more problems and they did not disclose. The salesman who sold us the van told us we had to speak with the manager Eli because this was out of his hands. When I emailed the manager and called as well we received no response. When we bought the van they had us sign in a tablet when we could not see what we were signing. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this. I read other customer complaining of the same problem. The location where we bought the van is car revolution avenel nj.

Purchased a vehicle from this car dealer and within a week I notice the car was making a funny nose when I stiffed the gears. I contacted my sales per and they set up an appointment to see the machanic. The mechanic informed me that the engine mounts needed to be replaced. My sales person informed that this would be taken care of and they had to order the parts. Three weeks went by and nothing. Calling and my sales person and he finally asked and informed me he needed my vin number to order the part because it was different models. I texted him the vin number and he said ok. After a week I reached out again to my sales sales person no response. In the middle of this I went to the dealership to pick up my registration and asked for my sales person and was informed he wasnt there. I than spoke back with the mechanic and asked was the parts ordered he informed that he didnt get the ok to do so. I immediately call my sales person and left a vm. I called the dealership the next day only to find out the my sales person was ill and would be out. I asked to speak to someone else. I was than transferred to the ** who I explained my issue and he took my number and said he would check with the mechanic and call me back. Another week of me calling so I drove back to the dealership spoke to the ** and once again explained the issue. He agreed that being it was within the time frame and dealing with motor/engine they are responsible. But once he start looking into my account he began to say he lost money with this deal by ***** and that he couldnt help me cause of that reason. Not because he wasnt obligated but because he lost money on the deal and was in the negative. None of that have anything to do with me. This can not be legal. Why do I have to pay for an issue on a car I just purchased and that should be covered is covered by the law? So yes I want to file a complaint.

I visited the car dealership to purchase a vehicle. Found the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I went to their storage yard with the sale ******. Look at the vehicle. I like the vehicle. I drove back to dealership. There was some shaking in the front in when the brakes was applied. I express that to the salesman. I was giving an appointment to return to have the problem fix the following Tuesday. We did all the paperwork. I proceeded to leave with the vehicle. The check engine light came on. I turned around took the vehicle back to dealership. I was told all things would be took in care of on Tuesday. I leave go home on a Thursday. Didn't drive the vehicle because of work schedule. Sunday i drove down the street from my house. Went in the store came back out. The vehicle wouldn't start. I assume it was the starter. The very next day on that Monday. I had the vehicle towed back to dealership. They kept it a whole week. ***************** and said they repaired the issue and I can pick up the vehicle. I pick the vehicle up. Later that day the started shaking bad. Different lights came on in the vehicle. Including the same check engine light. The next morning I take the vehicle back to the dealership. The truck has been there since. This Thursday will be a month. First payment is do no vehicle. I've been more then patient. I just want my money back. And my name off this deal. You guy made the mistake no me. I shouldn't be punished. Car Revolution do the right thing.

The business, EMG Auto, now listed under Car Revolution to avoid appropriate bad reviews and pushback, has committed advertising fraud. I was in the market for a 2017 ***** Accord, and they had one. I live in *************, so NJ is not close. Multiple communications made with the office on the price of the car. As an engineer, I thoroughly do my research and make sure I know what I'm getting into. I live 300 miles away, so I requested we confirm pricing before I head into the office. I was told 1 time via phone call and two times via text message the price would work...but that I needed to come in to finalize everything. So, since it was confirmed, I went to make the drive.A note: The listed price online for the 2017 Accord Coupe was $22,900.I test drove the vehicle, and mentioned I am glad to purchase at the price we agreed upon. Once they came back from financial management, I was told the price of the car is $30,000 and they can go no lower than $25,600. They could not even match the price listed on their advertising and website. I drove 600 total miles, with knowledge that the price would be as advertised. I got on site, and was told that is not the price. I was then told to my face when I asked "This is our tactic to get people in the door." Bad business practice as well as advertising fraud.

Im replying back in regards to our conversation on complain ID number ********. As I told you in our conversation, this individual never purchase a vehicle from us. He was actually offering less than my advertise price. And he has the vehicle was advertised for $22,981 after taxes motor vehicle it went up to roughly ****** with additional option of extended warranty. Total sale would end up being ****** and change like hes to be decline warranty and products, but no sale was made like I said before he wanted to pay less and advertise price but never purchased a vehicle from us

I am rejecting this response because:

This is absolutely a false claim. When I arrived onsite, based on the online advertised price of $22,981, after driving 600 miles with a confirmation over text that the sale price would be $22,981I was told this was not the case. No warranty involved, no additional fees, and if there were it should never tally that high.

If we are talking sales tax added on, in ** that is *****%, based on the advertised price that comes to $24,523. Very shy of $25,000.

There was also ZERO mention of extended warranty, but rather that the price of the car was that much.

A buyer is able to offer on a car to negotiate at a lower price. The fact is there was no negotiation, rather an advertised price of $23,000 - confirmation via phone that it was the final price - and a comment by the dealership sales rep saying that is their tactic to get people into the door. Advertising fraud, go look at their reviews and others agree.

In no logical case would a car jump from $23,000 to $30,000the numbers in that response are illogical and have no backing or proof.

I went to dealership on 7-8-23 to purchase a 2021 f150. I drove the truck and licked it. I then sat down to do the deal. There was a couple things that I didnt like but I proceeded with deal. My wife was outside and got sick and wanted to leave. I told dealer I was interested and would leave deposit but I would have to come back. They proceeded to pressure me into buying vehicle and had me sign all these papers about warranty, delivery ,etc. And provided them with a$1000 deposit. No contract was ever shown to me or never signed. I left there they provided me no paperwork on anything. I was in contact with them on **** about when I would be down I also asked for the paperwork I signed and the contract I never saw. They emailed it to me on ****. On **** I emailed him telling him deal was off unfortunately it was too much for me to afford at this time. I waited till **** to ask for my $1000 deposit back. Around 8/22/23 myself and my friend went to the business to look at a 2020 ***** Civic SI they had posted on multiple websites for $20,000. Thought it was a fair price considering the cars MSRP is $26,500. However once it came time to do business they charged me $39,982.00 instead, and did not explain that they were charging me said amount.

On June 26th, 2022, I visited Car Revolution (aka EMG Auto Sales) about a 2018 ************************** Upon arrival I met with the Salesperson. I test drove the vehicle and really was interested in purchasing which was listed around $28900. Upon getting ready to run credit the vehicle went up to $32,200. This was adding charges of delivery fee and maintenance fee. I was discouraged at this moment, but they said those additional charges and were allowed per sales advertisement that additional fees may be added. Being inexperienced in buying cars, I bought into this concept. Before going through with purchase which included trade-in, I went over the car one last time I saw a couple dents and dings which I thought could help drive. I was continuously told that this is a used car, and it would not be perfect. I understood that but continued to be mentioned that **** looked as if they had dropped paint on it and that eventually that would bubble and rust. They continued it was cosmetics and there was nothing they could do about that. I mentioned that brakes and rotors looked a bit ***** and again to them that were all cosmetics. The 26th was a rainy day so they provided me with I owe you for washing/detailing vehicle and full gas tank. The very next day the cosmetic issues continued to bother me. So I went back to Avenel, I got my trade-in back, kept the new vehicle but mentioned that the cosmetics were too bad and would like someone to look at them. They told me cosmetics are cosmetics and just ignored it. I even sent them text about these issues, even asked for a copy of ****** and I was told that I was not going to receive a call from manager exact words Your not going to. Weve moved on with new business. I said that was pretty harsh and the response was Yea bro its been tough deal. So, my deal was tough because I asked for my trade-in back and paying cash for difference. Please see attachment for entirety.
