Shipping
1. Solenaro Designs Horsehair Jewelry orders will be shipped only after receipt of full and final payment.
2. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon and noted in your invoice. As of September 2013 this charge is $15.00.
3. Orders are usually shipped within two to three weeks of initial payment provided full and final payment has been received. While they strive to process all orders within this time frame the time of year, back load and other factors may influence delivery date.
Terms and Conditions
1. All orders placed with Solenaro Designs are considered custom orders.
2. A deposit of no less than fifty percent (5o%) is required to begin processing your order.
3. Initial invoice prices are based on properly collected and packaged horsehair as is outlined in our published "preparation instructions". An additional fee may be charged for horsehair that requires extra processing and would appear on your final invoice.
4. Please carefully review your initial invoice. It contains order specific information used to process your order. Solenaro Designs will correct only those orders filled contrary to such information.
5. Orders will be shipped only after receipt of full and final payment.
6. The highest standards are used to produce Solenaro Designs Horsehair Jewelry products. The care and use of their products cannot be controlled by Solenaro Designs and therefore carries no warranties other than enumerated by these terms. - Business Categories
