    Ordered a part to fix my HW heater. Said # was to replace my part#.Paid when arrived wasn't correct. Stem was to short.Tried to get info on return for refund. After several attempts no success. Followed procedures on there website. Needed an RMA # to return. No way to get the #.. emailed them and called them several times no return responses.. Realized reading their return policy that If I did get an RMA # ND sent the part back I wouldn't recieve a refund because they would've considered it used and not offer me a refund.Therefore They would have my money and the part to resell.My 30 days approaching in about a week also, so they would use this also as a reason for not getting a refund. I' very been emailing, calling, & texting the last 3 weeks and no way of getting a response back or speak directly to a human regarding the situation. Really wanted to believe this company was up & up. I was proved wrong.

    RED FLAGS! Placed order Jan 18, ****, No product shipping progress status, SHOP app attaches to sale confirmation, claims to track orders but doesn't function only shows more products for sale, Wholesale's customer service phone number disconnects every time after selecting #2 to get order status, #1 left several msgs, no response and emails are not replied. Product now shows as "Not in Stock" (1/30/24)!

    Scam! Ordered a RAB motion sensor. Box had been opened, parts missing. Sensor did not work and no installation manual. Returned everything as per their instructions. Received second sensor. Still no installation manual and NO mounting hardware. Someone had removed hardware and manual. Box was taped shut. Checked identical item at local electrical supply house included all items to mount sensor. Don't know where these sensors were coming from but definitely not RAB. Called and emailed them, NO response. Will NOT buy from these people again!

    Item ordered and received was not as described. Item description details said CD player ordered was compatible with MP3 format disks. When it arrived, opened and tried with MP3 disks, it would not play them. Owners manual confirmed they were not compatible. We bought this player specifically to play MP3 audiobooks and would not have bought it if it did not support that format. "Chat" email sent several times over several days asking for resolution to the incorrect item description went unanswered. No one ever contacted us about the problem. I consider this company a complete scam and does not even deserve 1 star but this BBB site insists I choose at least one star to be able to leave my review.

    Scam, phone is answered by an outside service. Many days to respond to emails. Very weary. Should have know by the low prices, this was not legit. Marked it as Do not Order for my employees.

    Same as below. This place has to be a scam. There are no negative reviews on their website Never saw that in my life.I placed an order which was supposed to be 2 day free delivery. After 5 days I hadn't received my order so I called the # on their website to complain. Got answering service and the woman said she would take my message and forward it to "them". Got a response via email showing my address and asking me to verify if it was correct. I responded yes and never heard back. I decided to track the package which showed out for delivery, however, every time I checked the tracking it said the same thing. After couple more days I checked the in depth tracking and it showed package could not be delivered because apartment # was either missing or incorrect and it was being returned to Wholesalehome. Meanwhile the address information on the copy of my order was complete and correct. I decided to call again and I got the same answering service and the same answer. I told them if I did not here back I would be filing a report with my CC company, the BBB, and the ** **** Of course I never heard back.I contacted my CC company and they credited my account and said they would open an investigation, however, because it was a small amount ($24.92), if the company didn't respond they would just write it off as a loss after 90 days. Wholesalehome knows this and, it appears to me, they advertise lower prices, intentionally improperly address the package so it gets returned to them, then don't respond to CC inquiries so, in the end, they get their product back and get to keep the $. Upon completion of this review I will be contacting the **** It's ridiculous people get away with this stuff! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Also, if this happens to you don't hesitate to complain to the **** Maybe enough complaints will lead to this not happening to other people.PS......I wrote a neg. review on their website. Went back to check if it was posted. Not there!

    Is there a way to give no stars? Everything negative written below has been recently experienced by me. In my opinion, this company is engaged in fraud. Represents product is available. Order product. Order not fulfilled or short filled. Then the games begin. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

    Stay away from this company. Impossible to reach. Their customer service line is simply a person that forwards the message and doesn't have any context on who responds (and doesn't have any other answers). Been waiting on product for weeks without an update. Reached out to my credit card company to decline the charge. BUYER BEWARE!

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Wouldn't waste a star on them if the rating system allowed me to leave it blank. Very sketchy company. Website claims they are authorized dealers of a RAB Lighting product I purchased. Contacted RAB directly and they warned of false advertising practices by companies such as this one. I ordered and paid for an item. They sent me the wrong product. Have left multiple messages with the "answering service" which is just as questionable. It's been 4 phone calls to them in almost 3 weeks. Still no response. My credit card company has been notified and they will issue a full refund. They don't appear to be a legitimate company.

    Also filed an FTC complaint with this Company for failing to respond to customer's per their own business ******************************* customer service did not cancel an item that was ordered in error. They simply took down my information and then never got back to me. When the item arrived, I contacted their customer service and spoke to a 'representative' about the return/refund policy. Received NO help at all in trying to file for a refund. Same old run around.Bad faith business practices here. Read the other reviews and STAY AWAY.
