The issue began November 2023 which started with the request for an estimate on the repairs that were needed to our vehicle that was in an accident in October 23rd we never received an estimate from the shop nor did we ever sign any paperwork to have the shop complete the work we had over 23 attempts to contact them to get information on what was going on with the vehicle to get estimates on things that they found wrong with the vehicle only to be told different stories each time they went ahead and repaired the vehicle which we were unaware of the additional amount of money they charged or the additional parts they say were needed after 7 weeks vehicle was picked up on December 3rd we found that our front headlight assembly which was in the vehicle when we brought it to the shop someone had stolen it from the vehicle so we want that back as well we've had major attempts to try to get a detailed receipt we have been refused a detailed receipt we were charged an additional $21.69 because we did not pay cash and had to pay the deductible of $500 via credit card so we were charged an additional $21.69 because we didn't pay cash we were told our vehicle would not be released to US unless we had the payment which is also a violation in ********** we were not made aware of any thing about our vehicle from the beginning until the end and at the end we're told we could not take the vehicle without payment then we were given the appraisal that I provided to the shop in the beginning and no receipt they say they put additional parts in the vehicle which we were not aware of we did not authorize anything to be done to the vehicle from beginning to end and then did not receive a receipt receipt
