    I moved in November of 2020. I moved in due to being informed that I would receive a washer and dryer by December 2020. Today is May 2022. I am yet to receive a washer and dryer. I have called every month and went in person from January 2021 to November 2021. I had a newborn and explained I only moved into the apartment due to the promise of receiving a washer and dryer. My neighbor in November **************************************************** two days. Ever since November 2021 I have been contacting the office and walking there with my infant to get updates on my washer and dryer every WEEK. Everytime I go there is a excuse " the person that handles it is not here today" " the people that install it caught covid" " come back next week for an update" "The person that installs it has not answered the phone" ... Yet, there has never been any updates and many excuses. I honestly feel because I am a black women my needs are ignored compared to my neighbor a white man who received his washer and dryer in two days. The apartments are also not up to date and need a lot of repairs. There are paint patches on the wall, cracks on the walls and ceiling and the ceiling in the kitchen looks like it's going to fall apart. None of the closet doors close because they are too big, tiles come up in the kitchen. The Front and back door are not insulated so during the winter it is freezing cold and during the summer bugs easily come into the apartment. It is freezing cold in the winter because they control the heat. No matter how many times I call and explain I have a newborn and we are freezing. The heat never goes up even at 15 degrees outside. Parking it terrible. Rent prices changes every month. This is a horrible experience and management is terrible. I will be moving forward with reporting to better business bureau and compensation on rent for never receiving a washer and dryer that is supposed to come in a $2,000 apartment.

    They bait and switch apartments - show a real nice one then move folks in to ***** infested apartments. If you move in on the 20th they will make you pay the entire month - not prorated. They charge $30 a month for parking that does not exist, some folks get charged $14 per month for insurance some don't (the fee is also not disclosed). On the day you move in they make you sign all these papers & one is a waiver letting you know they are deregated meaning they can raise your rent as much as they want - some cases 11%!!
