    I placed an order to this company in January of 2024, they charged me the total amount for order placed and I have been following up with this company via email to obtain a status since its been months. No one has responded to me since February and Im afraid they have scammed me out of $132.43 and never sent the products i ordered. I would like to file a claim against this company and obtain a refund since i did not receive my order and have not heard back from them at all. My last email correspondence I told them i would be proceeded with the claim to BBB unless they confirmed the status of the order.

    I made an online purchase through the Muvez website, transaction with my credit card was approved and charged, with the website claiming 3-5 days shipping. Purchase made 5/24 and as of today, June 17, have not received my product. In addition, I called customer service and nobody answers, nor is there the opportunity to leave a voicemail. I have emailed customer service and have heard nothing back from them. I contacted the website advertising the product (The Grommet) and their customer service rep tells me they are having problems contacting anyone from the company and that the company "seems to have shut down" and that I am "not the only one experiencing problems" with them and looking for my money back. Basically, this appears to be a sham company that took my money and now shuttered their business. I cannot imagine I am the only one with issues with Muvez.

    On April 1, 2024, I ordered shoes from Muvez. The website indicates that shipping is 3 to 5 days. After a week I reached out to check on my order. I got no response. On 4/16 I received a tracking number that stated the shipper was waiting for the package to be dropped off by Muvez (still says waiting for package). As of 5/23 I've resched out via email and social media several times with no responses. I tried calling, but the line appears disconnected.

    I ordered shoes on April 29, 2024. I immediately received an email that my goods were "on their way". After not receiving any other information, tracking, etc., I checked on the order. The web page says "unfulfilled". I tried contacting the merchant via email and didn't get a response. Then I did research on line and learned that many people have complained that they make the order and get no goods and no reply.

    I made a purchase of 2 shoes on 9/7/2023. I received updates on the shoe making through the month. And how it would receive shipping details in 21 days. In November it said it would be arriving at their wear house. 12/21/2023 they received it at the wear house which me t they would ship it next. I emailed them 2/3/2024 for an update, which they replied with that they have placed a new order for me and will be shipped out shortly. I emailed again 3/31 and despite there being a tracking number, usps never received the product. I kept emailing them wanting a refund and no response. I just kept getting emails about ratting the shoe, or tell us how we did surveys from them. I want my refund and for this company to close for good.

    Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 9/17/2023. When placing the order the Shipping method said "Free Shipping 3-5 business days". I figured it would take a little longer as they are a newer company. Then I received a couple of progress updates. On 9/26/23 I received an email stating "Friendly Update on Your Order - Shipping Details Within 21 Days". Received the same exact email on 11/21/203. I reached out and a customer care speacialist said they were sorry and they should be shipping them in 2-3 weeks. On 12/8/23 I asked if I could expect my order before Christmas. No response. On 2/9/24 I reached out asking for an update with no response. On 2/12/24 I received an email saying "You Muvez are on the way". On 3/4/24 I received an email with a **** tracking number. That has been the last update and when I click on the tracking number it says "Pre-Shipment status still. For over a month now!This company obviously has major problems as they continue to send mass marketing emails attempting to drive sales when they can't even fulfill in a 6 month window. That is what you call bad business and a borderline scam. There's absolutely no way I should be charged $142 for the 2 pairs of shoes after 6+ months of waiting.

    This company advertises that shipping happens 5-7 business days up to 10 days after ordering. Online, several people have been waiting months to receive their products. I will not wait that long. It has been the whole month of March. This purchase was for a birthday gift that has long passed. Their communication is little to none and when asked where my order is they say "It looks like our fulfillment team is working through a backlog of orders and logistics issues. I can assure you they are working on getting it shipped out. I have sent a note to them to see if they can provide any additional information. We are hoping to get this shipped out shortly." even when asked for updates. This is a fraudulent company who is stealing peoples money.

    I placed my order 11/17/23. All payments were made. Company printed shipping label 1/3/24. Company has still not shipped the product. I've attempted to contact the company about my order. On January 9th they stated they would be shipping the order in the next "2-3 weeks". This item has still not been shipped. I asked if the shoes would be shipped within the next 7 days on 1/19/24 and got no reply.

    I placed an order on December 17, 2023 for two pair of shoes. The website confirmed the order and sent me a confirmation code that said my order would arrive by 12/26/23 which I was ok with. To date I have not received my order or been able to get any kind of response from the company. I have sent 3 emails and each time received no response from the company. At this point I am out over 60 dollars and have no idea if the company is actually processing my order. This has been one of the worst dealings Ive had with an online retail sale.
