    Do not use this company. After sending them a detailed item list including box measurements AND photos they sent a third party called Load Runners for the job. Load Runners showed up and took one step inside and immediately said the move would cost $2500 more. Let me also share that Load Runners "Boss" ***** when I asked him to speak English I was told not to tell him what language to speak, that America was built by immigrants and I was stupid for not learning another language.

    We are sorry you did not have a great experience while moving with us, that is never our goal. The quote we put together is binding, meaning the price cannot change unless more space is needed. The crew assigned cannot move more space for no additional cost, which is the case here. We have been talking with the carrier to assure everything was as seen fit and hope to better things on all ends.
