Went into store because they offered zero percent financing for 60 months but only for purchase done in store , online was 12 months. But in store I was told they couldn’t offer that because there was a minimum purchase requirement, which the website said nothing about also, throughout the store they had placards on pieces of furniture offering 60 months they refused to abide by their advertising

    Good Morning,
The technician went to this customer yesterday to look over the right-side facing loveseat and he determined that a new trampoline deck is needed. We called the customer to inform of this but there was no answer, and the voicemail was full. The customer should receive the part within approximately 3-4 weeks and when she does, we will send the technician to complete the repairs. The customer purchased a warranty for repairs and the item is outside of 1 year so we must continue to follow our procedure of repair first.
    Thank You,
    Lauren

    Good Afternoon,

As stated previously, we are currently in the customer's 2nd warranty claim. The customer paid for a warranty that entitles her to repairs. The furniture was delivered 4/28/2022 and is outside of the first year. As long as repairs are possible, we will proceed by repairing. This customer has made it clear that they only want replacement but as per the warranty, the furniture will be repaired to an industry standard as mentioned in the warranty.

    Thank you,

    Lauren M

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:I am not accepting the decision that Ashley furniture wants to go with. The furniture is complete junk and I don’t want it repaired for the 4 th time.  I don’t think anyone would want furniture repaired that many times and pay the price it cost. It’s so unacceptable. **** *******.
