      In December 2021, I was approached at my residence by a door-to-door salesman from Vision Solar. I signed a contract for solar installation, but the company never completed the job. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email, I received no response. Before hiring legal help, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General, but was informed they could not assist because Vision Solar had already filed for bankruptcy. I then retained an attorney, who requested photos and estimates for damage to my roof, inside and outside, and solar equipment. A professional later confirmed the equipment was improperly installed. On February 11, 2025, my attorney filed for mediation and forwarded me a settlement offer. It proposed returning $12,000 from what I’ve already paid over the past three years. However, I would still be responsible for the remainder of the loan—even though the system is incomplete and unusable. I continue making payments solely to avoid damage to my credit or the account being sent to collections. ******** *********, the loan servicer, claims this is the best they can do. I find this unacceptable given the circumstances. Back in 2023, I attempted to seek help before the situation escalated, but received no support at the time. Recently, a friend informed me that a local news segment featured another senior in a similar situation with Vision Solar, who received help. That story gave me hope. After discussing it with my attorney, we agreed to try once again to bring attention to the issue in the hopes of getting assistance or at least accountability. I’m seeking any available support or resolution for this unresolved and unfair situation.

      Solar Vision, Jon S., within take no for an answer. They sold me solar panels on 02/02/2022. I had to take a loan with ******** Financial in the amount of almost $70,000.00. I was paying $222.20 a month. I was promised that with this product it would benefit me with my electrical bill and would receive a credit from my electrical company. The company never turned on my grid. I found out that they went bankrupt this year and the Attorney General can't help me because the date to file had passed. I have tried numerous times to work with ******** Financial, but they have refused. I now have a lien on my home because of this scam.

      I called Solar vision John S***** CEO about getting solar panels on my home on July 22 of 2023. The solar panels were completed Sept.20 of 23 as of today 04/2025 my Solar hasn’t been on yet and they went out of business December 2023 and I’m stuck in a contract with dividend finance that won’t let me out even though the solar isn’t running so I want them off my roof because it’s gonna be costing me $56,000 and it’s not working and it’s been going on over two years. township keeps not approving the solar panels after solar X took over but still nothing is being done, so I wanna know what I can doto get this solar off of my roof and get out of this dividend contract being that it’s been over two years

      This company sold me solar equipment via a solar loan with dividend. The loam was for both a new roof and the equipment. The mew roof was installed and so we're the panels, but the inspections were not completed and vision solar went bankrupt. Vision solar and dividend did not pay the roofers and I new have a lien on my property. I looking into suing them for breach of contract and need any help that you can provide.

      I am currently paying for a loan on these solar panels. I had them put in January 4th 2021 and since then I have had to have the inverter replaced twice and it is currently not working. Don’t seems I need it replaced again and now if they are out of business who do I call? This is inacceptable.

      The solar panels were financed for *********. This company has since gone out of business. I do not believe that my panels are working the way they should. My electric bill has not gone down. I have no way to contact anyone regarding someone coming to look at the panels and have work done. Everything is under warranty for 25 years and I have no way to contact anyone. I want to panels removed and my money back.

      We had Vision Solar install a solar roof system on our home. The installation caused roof leaks. The roof leaks caused damage to our home. I have been calling the company for over 12 months trying to get them to repair the damage. I am told someone from service will call me with a repair date. No one has ever called me back.

      Vision Solar sold my 88 year old mother solar panels, had her get a 20 year loan to pay for them. Told her that she would receive a tax break that never happened. Now, I am trying to sell the house and get in touch with Vision Solar and they are out of business. No way to get in contact to get the panels removed and be refunded

      We purchased solar panels from Vision Solar and now half of the panels aren't working. We can't get anything fixed per our warranty because the company has filed bankruptcy. We had multiple issues with the initial process which we got past. Now we are paying a lot of money for panels that are not working.
