Avoid This Dealership Deceptive Practices and Terrible Communication I purchased a 2019 **** F-150 Lariat from ***** Subaru of Bloomfield with a $17,000 down payment, and the experience has been a nightmare. Shortly after purchase, I discovered severe transmission issues, including hard shifting and a blank gear display. A certified mechanic confirmed a valve body issue requiring major repairs. During the test drive, the truck was set to 4H (4-wheel drive high), which I later learned masked the defects. Once switched to ** for daily driving, the issues became apparent. The dealership has been completely disorganized and unprofessional throughout this process. Despite being covered under a 30-day warranty, I was left without updates for over two weeks while the truck sat at Subaru instead of being sent to **** as promised by Manager ****. Manager ****** later claimed he had no idea what the issue was, despite me sending detailed emails outlining the problems and what my local **** dealership told me. The lack of communication is unacceptable.Ive spent countless hours following up, and its clear that no one at this dealership is on the same page. I call and Im told Ill get a manager call back. I dont get one. I email and I get no response back via email. Their poor communication, lack of accountability, and questionable practices have made this an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to think twice. It has been 18 days and I have no knowledge of where my truck is, when Im getting it back, or what next steps look like. I am know seeking legal counsel to escalate this matter.

Please refrain from approaching this dealership. I had a previously agreed-upon deal from Truecar, and I called on three separate occasions to confirm the details of the deal. Despite this ,I drove for a hour and a half to the dealership only to be informed that they were unable to honor the deal. The Salesman was nice. The manager should not have a job. Truecar and Subaru needs to drop this dealership. If you get a call from Aryanne or **** don't answer it. They do the old bait and switch.

Mr and ****************** came in using a buying service called Truecar. Truecar gave customer a inaccurate lease quote. When they came in for their appointment, they were shown the car they selected and we went over the quote. We ran the quote and disclosed to the customer that payments that they were quoted from ******* was inaccurate. We understand their frustration and tried to make things right, We offer to reimburse them for their time and gas.

If you value your Subaru vehicle, dont come here but go to ******* Subaru in ******* (its a hike but youll see why its always worth it).I came to **** Subaru for a simple oil change and windshield wiper fluid refill (its less than a 10 min drive from my home). Why did 2 weeks go by and my oil light come on? I went to ******* Subaru in ******* and they told me why: **** Subaru left the drain plug loose.******* Subaru charged me a fraction of the cost to top off my oil, tightening the drain plug and APOLOGIZED on behalf of **** Subaru for their inept service.**** Subaru has consistently done sloppy work on my Impreza. They overcharge and over diagnose things that arent even legitimate issues (they once told me Id need new spark plugs at 70k miles??). The guys in the back are so busy lifting weights and the guys in the front keep chatting about forcing customers to fill out surveys so its looks like they actually do a decent job.***** gave me a discount for waiting close to 3 hours for lousy work. I tried calling today to get into contact with him to communicate my dissatisfaction and someone said they couldnt locate him in the building. Do you know how small this building is??Im still in disbelief these guys fumbled a basic oil change. Please learn from my costly mistake and save time by going literally anywhere else.O/5 stars

Put a security deposit down on a call and set up car insurance (per the direction of the dealership), sold my other car, to only find out they sold my car to another person. Did not offer to give my deposit back until I had to ASK. They couldnt care to make things right. Scummy way to do business.

The worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. EVER. I bought a used car from ********************. First, they misrepresented the mileage in the ad, by quite a bit - close to 3K miles. ***** I paid for the dealership to handle my registration and plates. I waited for 2 months and nothing. I called the salesperson and he revealed that they lost my paperwork when Fedex'ing it over to the ******** DMV and would have to begin again! Meanwhile my temp plates had expired. The dealer also never gave me the title to the car as required in ********. *****'s claimed they had to hold the title until the car was registered first. Come to find out later, *****'s not only failed to submit the registration application to the ** DMV, but they never had the title to my car either. The title was lost. So *****'s sold me a car without having a title to transfer. It's been a few months now and nobody at *****'s will take my calls or respond to my demands about my title. To add insult to injury, I was promised a reimbursement for a small portion of the contract price - not much, but $703. I haven't received that either. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional. From beginning to end, a bad experience.
