    I contracted with this business to repair/replace a back porch on the second story of a home I purchased at **************************************************************. The work was done in January-February 2023. Since then, a leak has developed inside the home, in the dining area ceiling. We eliminated other potential sources of the leak and now believe it is the result of an issue with work done by this business. I have contacted (primarily by text) the person who has been our primary point of contact (******), providing a description of the problem along with photos and a video. At first he responded that he would come by the house on Thursday morning, September 14. He did not show and since then has not responded to follow-up texts.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that their response is okay but I would not call it a resolution to the problem. This business has made the same promise -- to come on a specific date to take care of the problem -- two times in the past month and failed to show up either time. When I reached out via text about them not showing up the first time, they never responded. Then we tried sending an email, to which they responded with a day that they would come, but never showed up. A follow-up email went unanswered. I'm not convinced they will come on Monday, October 9.
