    I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I requested a landscaping quote in September, and now that it’s December, I’m still waiting. On October 7th, they came to give me a quote. I had a plan from 2017 that I had already paid for, but Bill noted that it needed some updates. He assured me that he would have a new proposal prepared within a week. Since late October, I have been calling, and each time, the receptionist, Tony, assures me that Bill will call me back either today or tomorrow, but that has not happened. At this point, I just want my original plan returned so I can hire someone else for landscaping. I wish they had been honest in September and told me they were too busy to take on new clients. When I call to ask for my plan they say they can’t find it and will mail it when they do.
