*******Please Please********* Please do not buy from them i would not recommend them to a dead person. I purchased a car from them and so much was skipped over and should not have been allowed to be sold on a lot. Very pour inspection and kept giving a bunch of excuses. Im sorry i bought from them and now i'm having to fix all the stuff they let go by a half a** inspection shop.

Purchased a used car on Sept 12th 2022 at ********************************* and paid via cashiers check. They said they must process title and tags even thought I'm out of state. They charged me for transfer and all taxes up front and gave me a 30 day temp tag. Now it is December 12th 2022 and I haven't received my refund of ****** dollars or my title or tags. My temp tags expired 60 days ago and my car sits waiting for the tags and title. When I talk to dealership they tell me how busy they are and short staffed though they had no problem taking my payment. I'm getting no response and can't drive around in an unregistered veichle so it just sits. Also the 100 point inspection they claim to perform is a lie. They told me they changed the oil only to find out once I purchased I doubted there statement and wouldn't't you know it the filter had the date written on it from 1 year ago... Buyer beware.

If you are looking for a car and great experience. ************************* is your Client Advisor. He made looking/buying a car and great experience. Hes patience, knowledgeable and most importanthe made sure I was in the right car. After having a car accident, he was the right person to comfort me in driving again. Thank you ******

My experience was the same as many other reviewers. I contacted them about a car, which they assured me was available. They jerked me around for a couple hours and I later discovered the car had been sold before I ever even reached out to them. They just wanted to get me onto the lot to sell me something else. As an aside, I reviewed their fee schedule and they are obscenely high, so be sure to keep that in mind before you waste your time here. According to their website, as of today fees on a used vehicle will total $3,145 on top of the agreed upon price of the vehicle itself. Those are by far the highest I have seen at any other dealer.

For *********************************, **.BEWARE. ITS A SCAM DEALERSHIP. At 1pm I called for a new RDX that was featured on their website. Spoke to *****, sales rep, and she told me it's available and to come down. It was for my 75 year old uncle. My uncle and aunt drove an hour to the dealership. ***** didn't come to meet them. Another sales rep came and said the car is not available as there is a deposit on it from morning and they should buy the one which was $12k more. If the car had a deposit on it since morning, why would ***** ask them to stop by at 1pm. Spoke to the manager, Rich, and he was of no help, he rather justified the scam. PLEASE BEWARE. THIS DEALERSHIP IS JUST IN PRACTICE OF SCAMMING BUYERS PROMISING THEM THE *** AND WHEN THEY COME TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY SWITCH AND BAIT THE BUYERS WITH A HIGHER PRICE ***.

I rate Open Road car group / Open ********** a negative one star. The used car sales team are a joke!! But the biggest joke of them all is the poor excuse for a sales manager. This team lives up to every stereotype of the dishonest salesman. **************** is the least of their concerns. Do yourself a favor stay away. You will save yourself tons of aggravation.

I would give minus rating. You go to dealership with a trust and knowing that their techs are trained to service your car. I will not trust this dealership. I purchased from them a new ****x3, thinking it should be a great new car but every time I take it to them for service, they have milked money from me. Last experience broke the camels back! Took it for service, as usual charged good amount, left oil gasket loose, got smoke from under the hood, took it back and instead of fixing it at no charge for their mistake, asked me to sell my car or pay triple the money than I already had spent. After negotiations, they reduced the amount and changed their story! I will not trust to buy or get car serviced at this place.

Contacted salesperson at ******************* about a used car and she confirmed was available. Drove an hour & a half to see the car and she immediately handed me off to another salesperson who tries a bait and switch. After I said I only want to see that specific car, the Used Car Manager came by and said they did not have the car (it was sold the day before!) and admitted that they lied to get me in there. Avoid! I would not do business with these guys as indicated by the reviews here and on other sites. I am all for trying to upsell but this is blatant lying and a waste of people's time. Afterwards, I receive a call from the Internet Sales Manager saying the car was available. What incompetence. Even after all of this, they continue to list the car as being available 2 days later to **** other potential people in to waste their time. Scammers.
