    Date of 1st Contract: 5/6/23 Amount: $8,500.00 2nd Contract: 5/26/23 + $2,000.00 TOTAL COST / PAID IN FULL $10,500.00 Build new retaining wall on left side of driveway, power wash, re-sand with polymeric sand front and back patio and all walls and wet look sealer.Dispute: power wash, polymeric sand and sealer was all done on the same day, pavers was not dry completely before the sealer was added and retained moisture due to not giving it some hrs (24), to dry well which caused the pavers to stain and peel, power wash was not done correctly which didnt remove the old polymeric sand and ****, pavers were not cleaned well and left sand residue with the sealer on pavers.Notified the contractor immediately by phone, was supposed to show up in two occasions and canceled until finally the contractor came to look at the pavers and said that he didnt see any problem with the pavers and was disrespectful to my wife and I using foul language, he then called and spoke to his supplier, **** from ****************** Supply in **********, ** ***** phn# ************, who came and looked at the pavers and immediately said that the job was not done correctly because they had to wait at least 24hrs for the pavers and sand to dry completely before adding the polymeric sealer, he left and called me and said that he had spoken with the contractor and told him that it needs to be fixed and he also said that he called the sealer company and explained to them the problem and the sealer company also agreed that the cause of the stains is because they applied the sealer when the pavers were still with moisture from the power wash.According to **** the supplier the contractor told him that he was going to take care of it and its been almost a month that we have been waiting for him to resolve and fix our problem.
