The agency that I worked for was paying for my move. I guess *********** was subcontracted for my move. When I contacted the person of contact for my move from *********** we had an initial conversation about what was required of me. One of the requirements since I wasnt going to available in person for my move was that I find someone to sign on my behalf and get back to *********** agent. So a few weeks I received a phone call early in the morning that a company was there to move me from old address during my work hours. Imagine my shock cause I was like I didnt have any appointment with any moving company. Then I was told that an email was sent to me on a Friday and my move was for Monday morning at 8am. So I was like, was I supposed to start searching for a person over a weekend to sign for my belonging?What bother the most was that when I spoke to the contact person for my move I was supposed to get back to her with a name of the person that was supposed to sign for my belonging which I never did because I didnt find one yet. So on that day I was confused as to who was going to sign for my belonging? And I didnt have any agreement for that day. If I did, it would have been in writing and besides I dont have any phone record showing that I spoke to the person of contact since our initial conversation this year. Today I received a text from my former landlord about a mail corespondents from *********** and it said purchase order. I didnt order any service from *********** and I did contact my agency to tell them I did not want to work the contract company that I was assigned. I would like to know the reason I am receiving correspondence from a company that caused me extreme emotional distress cause moving is emotionally draining and your company just added to my already emotional stress that was experiencing.
