I am writing in reference to the gutter repair for my property which was needed after improper reinstallation of the gutters when my roof was replaced on August 8, 2022. Within the week or so after my roof was replaced I called and advised **** Adams Roofing that my gutters were not set properly and water was pooling in the non-drain end of the gutters. In addition there was tar on my ramp as a result of the roof replacement. I was assured at that time that the someone would be out to take a look at the gutters and fix whatever was necessary. About a week later a representative came out and removed the tar from the ramp and advised me that someone would be back to fix the gutters as the repair would need to be done by a crew due to shingles needing to be removed in order for the gutters to be fixed. I waited about two weeks and I again called and was assured that someone would be out the following week. We are now about 40 days from the time of the original work being completed. I received an invoice from **** Adams Roofing to pay for the work that was completed which I replied and advised **** Adams Roofing had already paid and inquired as to the status of my gutter repair. **** Adams Roofing stated that your system was not functioning properly and that you did have record of payment but did not to respond to my inquiry about the gutters. I followed up with **** Adams Roofing in two subsequent emails on one on 9/19 which **** Adams Roofing did not respond to and then an email on 9/23 which ***************************** Roofing responded to on 9/28 and advised me someone would be out to look at it and make repairs. Still no one has shown up for those repairs. I think I have been more than patient with **** Adams Roofing in regards to this matter. I've reached out seven (7) seperate time over the past three months either by email or phone regarding this matter. This was an over $10,000 job and I cant even get a phone call or email back.
