    Purchased shorts on 01/06/2025. Received an order number an bogus *** tracking number. The next day I looked up the tracking number, and the status changed to shipment cancelled by sender. I contacted Jordan Craig by email 3 times with no response. This is the same problem that I now see many others have had. They are running a fraudulent operation.

    I purchased clothes from their online store on Nov 10th, they arrived at 8:25pm on Nov 13th. I tried them on right away and immediately noticed they were way tighter than advertised, I email them at 9:18pm on Nov 13th requesting a return. I was informed the next day that their policy allows returns only if I purchase “Neighborhood Watch’” and there is no way to add it in after the purchase, I can only exchange them for other items. As a consumer that followed their website descriptions to make the initial purchase, I don’t have confidence that any other items will fit as expected. I calling them directly to resolve my concerns, spoke to a manager who reiterated their policy and let me know he can’t change it. There is no one above him I can speak to, I’m stuck with these clothes or must exchange them for others at a fee. As a first time consumer, I feel very mislead by their website purchasing flow and fine print return policy, what consumer think that they will be restricted from returning items from an online clothing store. Not being able to return the items was not clearly outlined during the purchasing flow, and who would think that if you purchase clothes, something that you must wear before deciding on, that you can’t return it. I was mislead, I would like a refund and be able to return the items that did not fit.

    I got beat out of my money cause I never received the shorts I ordered

    I just saw your mail today stating that you had sent a request before about this issue, but this is the first time I have received it in the mail. 

    * Customer placed order on 07/06 - goods were delivered via ***** on 07/07.

    In his tracking # it shows that the pkg was delivered to his home, but since customer stated he did not get his package - which refunded his order as soon as we got a complaint on 07/11.

    I've tried to order from Jordan Craig twice. The first time I was charged for the order then got an email saying their shipping department flagged my order and they needed another email and phone number. I only use Visa gift cards when buying online for protection from fraud. The secure spend card doesn't need to be registered online so there is no email or phone number attached to it. I emailed back and forth and the customer service people didn't seem to understand or believe me about how the Visa secure spend card works. So they said I would be refunded but I had to email them 3 more times with apologies and assurances that the order was cancelled and I was refunded the money. Finally after a half a month and multiple emails they actually refunded my money which immediately posted to the card which is another perk of using these cards. Being the thick headed person i am I decided to try another order with Jordan Craig. Unsurprisingly after being charged 150 dollars I received the same email about being flagged by shipping. This time they tried to charge my card twice so I have a 150 refund that didn't happen, I know because refunds post immediately to the secure spend card and i have another 150 dollar hold on my card as well. No one could explain why I was charged twice for one order. It didn't happen the first time.

    In November I ordered a jacket from this company. After receiving the item I was not satisfied and sent the item back via label created by the company. I reached out to the company on Dec 24 2022 about the refund not processing and being sent back to the company over a month ago. The company responded as if I wanted to process a new refund but one was already created and the item was sent. Order #JC377501. Order placed 11-9-2022 ************** 11-18-2022. Still no word about return on 11-24-2022 and website not giving valid responses to check status of return.
