    On July 3rd I ordered approximately $600 worth of soccer jersey/uniform products. After numerous emails asking status of my order, I received approximately 1/3 of my order September 28 - almost THREE months later. As of October 24 - almost FOUR MONTHS after placing my order, I STILL DO NOT HAVE ALL OF MY ORDER. I have emailed Capelli Sport numerous times - and either received promises of shipment, that have not happened, or received nothing at all. Capelli Sport either owes me the remaining items or a refund. I can not believe this company is in business.

    Placed an order for soccer uniform on August 14, 2024. On 9/20/24, tracking showed that the package was empty and indicated that Capelli had been notified. I have reached out to Capelli eight times since 10/1/24 and have repeatedly been told the replacement order was shipped and tracking should be updated within 24 hours. There is no new tracking information and never has been. On 10/23/24, Capelli informed me that my replacement order would ship by the end of the week (I have already been told repeatedly that the items had been shipped). I have requested a refund several times due to the fact my daughter has now played 7 of 10 games with no uniform and they will not honor that request. My 10 year old daughter has been the only girl on her team wihtout the required jerseys and was forced to be in team pictures without matching the other girls. Completely unacceptable.

    My daughters soccer uniform was required to be ordered from Capelli. On the first days orders could go in we placed our order (before any of her teammates). Ordered both uniform shirts, 2 pairs of shorts, two pairs of sock, a t-shirt and and a sweatshirt for $211.80. We were told 4-5 weeks for orders. As others have stated there is no customer service phone number or email, just a form to submit. When her uniform did not arrive and practices started and most of her teammates had received their uniforms i reached out to Capelli. This was already after the 4-5 weeks stated for deliveries on the receipt. It took several days to hear back but they shipped our shorts on 9-12 and gave an estimated ship date of 9-20 for the balance (8 weeks after we ordered and after our games had started). Balance of order was never received, after several e-mails back and forth we received an estimated delivery of 10-4. Again when nothing was received we got a no-reply email from the CEO apologizing, promising deliveries sent on 10-11 and a future refund of 30% on select items. through many emails (see attached) and calls on 9-17, 10-17, 10-21, and 10-23 there has been no shipped balance. We have our last game of the fall season on 10-26 and my daughter will have went the whole fall season without a uniform. (The same uniforms are required for the spring season) Otherwise i would have just reported fraud on my credit card and tried to get my money back. This has been the worst most frustrating customer experience of my life.

    I placed my order for my daughter's soccer uniform from CAPELLI sport and was told it would take 4 to 5 weeks to receive. It has been close to 2 months and my order still has not been fullfilled.

    I ordered a set of uniform parts (jerseys, shorts, socks, practice t-shirt, warm-up jacket) on June 26, 2024 in the amount of $293.85. I have intermittently received parts of this order since then, but I am still missing the warm-up jacket. I have made numerous attempts to contact the Capelli customer service center via email with sporadic replies, which generally include a message saying the issue has been resolved, which it has not. There is no phone number listed, and when I found one on Google, it went straight to a voice mail system saying that their offices are closed (at 12:30pm on a Monday afternoon).

    I placed an order for my daughter's soccer kit with capelli on August 2nd 2024. They were meant to ship within 4-5 weeks. After that time-frame passed and I received no update, It was only I contacted their poor customer service did they begin to do something. My order arrived late and incomplete. I reached out immediately and told them one of the jerseys was missing from the order. They assured me that they would contact their fulfillment center and send out a replacement on September 21st. I have since emailed them 3 or 4 times to ask about the replacement and i have been given thr same generic message over and over again: "Thank you for reaching out to Capelli Sport Customer Service. We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your item. We have contacted our Fulfillment Center to get an update on the shipping status of your order and will provide you with the information as soon as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding." I cant get any answers, or a real update on when i can expect this jersey. I just want to get the jersey that I paid for.

    ORDERED UNIFORMS WHICH ARE MANDATORY BY THE CLUB FOR OUR KID. WE ORDERED THIS 4 MONTHS AGO THEY HAVE ONLY SENT A PARTIAL SHIPMENT IN A VERY UNSECURED BOX. WE ARE STILL WAITING ON TRAINING GEAR AND A JACKET. THEY KEEEP SAYING IN THE EMAIL WE FULFILLED THE SHIPMENT BUT IN ANOTHER EMAIL THEY SAY THE ITEMS ARE COMING. YOU CANNOT CALL THEM ONLY EMAIL AND SOME RANDOM PERSON EMAILS YOU. WE HAD TO BY A SET OF UNIFORMS SMALLER IN SIZE FROM A FAMILY FRIEND TO PRACTICE AND HAVE TO WASH THAT SAME UNIFORM BECAUSE WE PAID IN FULL $500 AND DID NOT GET OUR UNIFORMS FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SHAME AND UNFAIR

    On June 16, 2024 I ordered the club-required soccer kit for my child, paying $282.43 for all of the items. As of 10/16/2024 the order has still not been completely fulfilled. This means a full season of soccer without the required items that were fully paid for months ago. I have reached out to customer service several times for updates on order fulfillment. I have no faith that we will receive the rest of the items in the order and will continue to scramble to borrow uniforms from other players in order to participate in games. I would like recompense for the uniforms and shipping as we have played this season without the required kit.

    I purchased 2 sets of uniforms on 8/2/2024. The confirmation email indicates that the jerseys will ship within 4-5 weeks. On 8/22, I contacted Capelli sport and asked that IF they hadn't started on my order yet, could they please adjust the size of one of the jerseys to Adult Medium. I was told at that time, that my order was being worked on and would be shipped soon so they could not change the size. It is now 10/16 (nearly 11 weeks later) and my order has not shipped. Every time I contact Capelli sport customer service, it takes 3-4 business days for a response and they tell me that my order should ship "by the end of the week" and if it does not, please contact them again. I have already contacted them NUMEROUS times and still have no idea when my order will ship. I have also asked in every email communication with them why they weren't able to change my jersey size for my older child to an adult medium and even let them know that I would be willing to wait longer if necessary for his since he doesn't start playing and I get zero reply regarding that matter. They simply ignore the question and let me know that my order will "ship soon". This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    I ordered my daughters travel team uniforms back on 8/8, as I was a little late to ordering them as opposed to my daughters team who ordered them 2 weeks prior to me, but still within the 4-6 week delivery that Capelli promised. It is now 10/15 and the only thing I received are black capelli socks out of a 9 item order that totals $206.99. Same as every other complaint on here; emailed back and forth with estimated dates of “this week or the following week” and then this week I received an email from customer service saying my issue had been “Solved”, which obviously it has NOT because all I have are black socks. They are now ignoring my emails and there is no phone number for me to call and reach out to them. They need to be shut down and criminal charges should be filed against them. From the looks of all of these complaints, they have taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from customer dating back even to May 2024 and teams have no received their uniforms nor a refund.
