Handi-Lift has been contracted to provide and install a lift to replace an existing obsolete lift for our non-profit (a church). The installation has been exceedingly long, but that is not this particular complaint. This complaint is that their communication is unacceptable. They do not return phone calls or emails. They do not schedule the work that needs to be ******* particular, last week Amel told me they would return to complete work this morning, 1/14/25. No one showed. This is not the first time.We are a non-profit without staff. It is a burden to have to chase them to do the work. It is rude and unprofessional to not communicate.

We paid this business to install and sign off an *** handicap lift. They took our money and havent responded to emails or phone calls since. This is causing us major hardship and need them to complete the job.

I am rejecting this response because: They are not responding to phone calls nor are they communicating with us. We've requested a new inspection for over a month without a response from them.

They never sent us confirmation an inspection was requested from ***. It typically takes 1-2 weeks to receive a date.... It has been over 5 weeks since we requested the inspection.

At this point we have a date for the inspection from the city of *********
    It is scheduled for 11/15/2024.
The previous failed inspection, which was due to building issues and delay in rescheduling is what the customer is upset about.
But this is the earliest date available from the DOB.
We have already communicated this with the customer, and there is no further action available to us to move the inspection date which is set by the city of ********.
