    The womens locker room is a mess. The tiles in the stall areas are uneven. There is toilet paper on the floor. The shower stall are filthy( soap on floor mats flying around the stalls. The lifeguards in aquatic center are often observed sleeping, in their phones or hanging out with friends at the exit doors. The past week a lifeguard and her boyfriend went into the aquatic centers office shut the door and turned off the lights while an aqua class was being held. Thankfully no one in the pool or the therapy pool had any emergencies requiring the lifeguards assistance while she was keeping company with her boyfriend in aquatic center office.

    *****, thank you for your note and for caring. We were mortified by the lifeguards behavior and she has been immediately addressed. That behavior is not and will never be tolerated. As to your concerns with the womens locker room, we are actively working on solutions. We have contacted our cleaning company, brought back in our pest control company and have contracted to replace all of our shower basins. We hope you will see some big changes immediately. Please feel free to speak with our general manager ****, he is always happy to address our member concerns.
