I placed my order (*********) with ********* on December 8th, 2024. I was unaware at the time when I placed the order, that it was from a company in China. I had contacted the company December 21st because I hadn't received an email stating whether it had been shipped. I was sent an email with the link which showed that it had shipped, and it had departed from the shipping partner Habit Parcel on December 17th. From that point until now I have checked the tracking number(**************************) daily as well as contacted the company(*********) numerous times. This item was a personalized ornament that cost $18.99. This item has not moved from this facility from what I can see.Initial Complaint

I ordered a package on November 29th and since then over and over again for the past month the tracking has said arrived at shipping partner location departed shipping partner location. i contacted the seller i bought from and they don’t know what’s going on and said they would urge the post office to get my package out. i just want my package to give to my friend as part of her gift at least before she goes back to college. never had this issue with any post officeInitial Complaint

Ordered a Christmas gift 12/06 and it arrived 3 times to the **** above company partner starting 12/13 , then departed 12/23 and arrived to this affiliated company again on same 12/23. "express" shipper has been holding my product for a month with no updates to shipping or arrival times. They are a third party shipper for another business not located in your database using the name "xmasgifttly". I have ordered several items on November 25th and my items were shipped using this company. Now when I track my orders its telling me that they are at this facility and have been sitting there since December 3rd! It is now December 22nd and I guess its safe to say that my kids Christmas is ruined!! There is no way to contact them and this is unacceptable! This place need to be shut down!!Initial Complaint
