            04,15,2024. Ordered shoes not realizing it's a front for Chinese knock offs. No paperwork. No way to contact to return. Called phone no. When googled business, it turns out to be a htg cooling Business They moved out of space 2 yrs ago.

            I ordered two pair of shoes, the company intentionally sent me one wrong pair instead of advising me that they were out of stock of my chosen pair and giving me the option to pick something else or refund my money. The second pair of shoes have a tear in the toe. Both pairs are also very poor quality and look nothing like the online photos. When I emailed the company to request a prepaid return label and request a refund, they don't apologize for the errors, instead they are pressuring me to keep them anyway in exchange for a 10% refund. I am now going back and forth in emails (3 so far) insisting they honor their own return policy, and take responsibility for their mistake. They are scamming thieves who think it's ok to rip off customers and make us keep whatever they sent us, in whatever condition it arrived in. This is a despicable company and I will continue to make every effort to return the garbage they sent me and demand a refund. I hope anyone who considers doing business with this company sees this and reconsiders. Businesses like this need to be exterminated.
