Half of the products arrived damaged and leaking contents. I emailed images, as instructed, to obtain a refund. Now no one answers the phone, all voicemail message boxes are full, and no one has emailed about my complaint.

    Hi Karen,

We have issued you refund as requested. Hopefully you can sleep at night now.

    Thanks,

I am rejecting this response because:

The refund was about $20 less than I had figured, which is fine. It was the unprofessional response — calling me a “Karen” (which is a sexist pejorative) and the sarcastic, “Hopefully you can sleep at night now” message sent to us — that I objected to.

Please make my comments public. People should know this is how the owner of this company responds to customers who request a refund for damaged products — after not replying to emails, telephone calls or voicemail messages.

    Thank you for following up.
