    Contractor installed 5 outdoor security camera system (with hard wiring only, no Internet or wifi connection to be installed at all), in beginning of summer 2023. I told ***************** a couple of months ago that I had a security incident but nothing captured on cameras, that if system is not connected to Internet or wifi as he claims and no hacking occurring, that the that system must not be working right and that it needs to be checked in person. Also told him that there are camera images appearing that should not be on videos and that one camera positioned wrong during installation causing video blind spot, needs adjustment. He gave me warranty, said he would provide service after installation when he took job, but is now repeatedly ignoring requests for him to come to my house to check system. I have sent numerous texts for 2 months and he will not respond. Also when he installed one camera he installed it in the wrong place twice, thereby drilling extra holes in to my siding that look terrible because he just added caulking to them, and the caulk color does not match house siding. I would not recommend any contractor like this that promises he will provide service before he gets the job, and then refuses to assist once he gets the job and has been paid.
