      This is the work of a talented scam artist and thief, as evidenced by many reviews and cases against him. Contracts for pool signed in 2021 and he has collected all but the final 10K. Pool was installed off center, permits delayed, all details done incorrectly. Pool is still not cleaned or finished, no details finalized. The business is unresponsive via phone or email. This is a very talented con man who has found kind people to prey upon. Cases have been filed for legal action and with the department of consumer affairs to have all licenses revoked.

      Engaged in contract to build pool. Contractor has left work susbstatially unfinished. Cannot obtain permit from City. Contractor does not return calls or emails. Contractor has received payment in full.

      on 1/23/23 *********************************************** met with me at my residence to complete a swimming pool and spa with pavillion option with bathroom. He collected $123.950 from the day he started the job on April25th 2023 he showed up less than 30 times. He only send two people on the job search he never showed up to very. Every time he started something he never finished demanding more to start he started another task never completed. He walked away from job never finished he was very abusive he owed me $29,202 for work he never completed.

      ****************** has repeatedly refused to honor timely payments stipulated in his contracts. For example, we not only purchased but also scheduled an installation date for his pool equipment. Upon my conversation with ****************** the day prior to install, he flatly refused to honor his contract terms.It is only upon his outright refusal to honor his contractual obligations did we cease work on his project.

      We will be happy to finalize the pool project if he meets outstanding contract obligations.

      Please delete this unfounded negative review.

      Hi, ****

       This is in response to Ehrich and Ehrich construction false accusation.. He collected $123.950 in payment some of the work he never fully fully completed while requesting other payment for future work. I need him to return advance deposit for other work he has not completed. Due to his verbal abuse and lack of professionalism failure to come to the job site I do not wish to work anymore. Total amount to return over $29.000

      Entered a pool contract agreement and after paying for the majority of the job, ****** and his merry men disappeared and left the job unfinished. We had paid for an electric auto-cover for our pool and we never received it. We are going to have to pay another pool company to finish the job and pay for another auto cover. He does not answer texts, emails or phone calls. Very, very scary. Run for the hills !!!!

      This company took 90% of the contract money and let me with an unsafe pool and incomplete work. It's been a very traumatizing nightmare- more details can be provided

      BBB,

      ******************** failed to tell you that we installed a beautiful operational pool. What remained to be done was 3' concrete perimeter walk around pool.

      What he also failed to mention is that he threatened one of our ******* with a gun. That is a criminal offense, as well as commandeering one of our machines, theft.

      It would be wise for BBB to delete this negative listing. We may proceed with criminal charges of necessary. Trust you will do the right thing.
