    I ordered a dryer belt from Edgewater Parts 3 days ago, I missed the cut off date for shipment that day. I took advantage of their free shipment options and selected **** Priority shipping 1-2 day. Yesterday I spoke to someone in their office and they were pleasant and helpful, gave me a sob story about shipping costs, I explained I understood it can be quite high. Given the choice I still would have selected the same option and paid for it as I needed this belt ASAP. So today I check the tracking information and notice the company sent this out Ground Advantage, I understand mistakes occur. I called this morning asked to speak with a supervisor and was connected with *******************************, the owner of the company,pretty much got the same response, nothing can be done at this point. He tried to dismiss my frustration as irrelevant as the shipment would only be a day late, which is false it would be 2 days. His only suggestion to me is to refuse the package. Now I was wrong in cursing over the phone, no excuse just extreme frustration with a company and website that misleads their customers with false information. Then refusing to offer any kind of solution for their mistake and making excuses that have nothing to do with me as a customer, such as shipping is expensive. If it is too expensive to send the product out as offered then charge for it. I didnt want a dryer belt 6 days (4 business days) after I ordered it, I need my dryer fixed, Id have purchased elsewhere or paid for the Priority shipping rather than waiting on a Ground shipment.

    I ordered a part from Edgewater Parts, they changed my credit card and about 2 weeks later I emailed them to see why I hadn't received the part.They replied back and said the order was cancelled and a refund was credited to my card..so I reordered the part and waited a week so I emailed them again, and again they said the order was cancelled and a refund was credited to my credit card.Called my credit card and the two charges were on the card, but no refunds were credited to the card.Called Aspen manufacturer in ** where the charges were charged to and they said the parts were sent out and never returned.That being said Edgewater parts is lying about the parts being cancelled and refunded.

    Email only way to contact. They don't respond. Had a shipping address problem and no way to correct.
