We bought new home back in april give them the whole house to do renovations paid alot of money i have all the proofs of the checks we gave her and the text messages between the business owner and me that includes all the work she did and how much she charged for everything. *** was done in poor manner which is totally their fault we moved in this house end of june and after that i am having problems from the work they have done the shower that they did is leaking i am asking her for almost a month to come and fix it she keeps on ignoring my messages once she replied saying someone will come but no one came then she stop replying to my messages too. This leak can lead to bigger problems in my house i need this fixed i paid her so much money for the shower I can't afford to call someone else to come fix the problem. Second thing the pain she did in our house after one month living here its start having bubbles all over i asked her to come have a look she never came. I am so frustrated by this situation we choose this business so we don't have to run around they can do everything for us but i regret that now. I want her to fix the issue that i have i cannot have a leaking shower which I don't know where the water is going it can ruin everything that's the only reason we paid her money so we wont have leaks in the house now she is ignoring me like she doesn't know me.
