    This vendor has 6 machines in our building. ALL of the machines VERY frequently accept cash, then do not distribute the item that has been paid for. In many cases the item is not distributed in a manner that doesn't correspond with a malfunction, but appears to be an intentional mal-programming of the United.

    This location does not want us to refund the tenants money due to too many instances where people were not being very honest about losing money once they heard one person lost money. The machines have to have cages on them the people are so aggressive with the vending machines. All of our machines have drop sensors that know if the product has dropped and should refund any money put in the machines. These drop sensors are very sensitive so when the machines get rocked and shaken etc. they are knocked out of place. We will test all machines that are located at this stop and periodically check machines for proper working.
