      We ordered cabinets via *** at the ********************. We confirmed our order with her twice including the delivery day. She no longer works there. I then was contacted by ***** who refused to provide me with an email after multiple issues with our order. It was a red flag to me that she kept giving misinformation. She may be new to the organization, as it seemed she had limited information, knowledge or access regarding products and the systems. ***** called us the day before to tell us our order was missing parts and she is unsure when they would be available. She then confirmed she would hold the order if we wanted until all parts came in. We agreed that would be the best path forward. The next day (while Im out of town) I get a call from my contractors stating that they dropped off the cabinets to our house. And that one of the pieces for the lazy ***** was broken. I called to figure out what happened in the miscommunication and to figure out a plan for replacement and again, she couldnt give me any details, I called the original show room and they also couldnt give me any details. When I asked about a replacement and the shipment of the missing items and why no one was being helpful, ***** **** up on me. I then get a strange call from someone who claims they are a supervisor named ***** who claims he would try to help. Someone from his team told me the replacement would be the 15th and Then 20 minutes later it was the 21st. Then when I asked for shipping details they said they dont have tracking. Ultimately, the lack due to a lack of response and information I fear that I may be a victim of a scam. Im worried I may be out of my money.
