      Pool was installed in September 2017. (Not used that year, only built and closed) from 2018 to current, we have a problem of pool water (not ground water) getting behind the liner when the pool is in moderate to heavy usage. After numerous calls and fees paid to check the problem out, it was never fixed. After leaving a negative review on ******* we finally got the owner **** to the house to take a look. Hes been to the house 3-4 times with new ideas and ways to fix the problem. Nothing hes suggested has worked. We havent had a fully functioning pool since installation and seasonal world hasnt fixed the problem. The most recent interaction was a phone call with **** where he told me he doesnt know how to fix the problem and I can go leave all the negative reviews I want, and he hung up on me. Refuses to fix the problem or try anything else to fix the problem. *** suggested a new pool coping or new liner to rule that out, but no responses from the company.

      Seasonal World has attempted on multiple accounts to identity and resolve the concerns of ********************. Multiple visits were made to the site, by multiple members of the Seasonal World Team. To date, Seasonal World has concluded that any issues that are arising with Mr. ********* pool do not seem to be caused from any workmanship performed by Seasonal World or products installed by Seasonal World. In Seasonal Worlds opinion, the concerns are caused by a condition in the yard unknown to Seasonal World or is a result of Mr.********* ******** to have a flat bottom pool. New coping or a new liner are not an option as they have been inspected by Seasonal World and do not seem to be the root cause of Mr. ********* issues.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The pool was built and engineered by seasonal world. It has never once been properly operational. We have addressed and tried to fix every suspicion they have brought to light and none have fixed the problem. Just because you come to the house to look, does not fix the problem. I have spent thousands of dollars to fix issues that were potential causes yet none have been the cause. We must exhaust every potential fix including the liner and coping in order to rule it out. We realize you are a big company and just want us to go away but that will not solve the problem either.

      The most recent claims by ******************** are overstated and false. The swimming pool is fully functional and operates as it should. As noted in our prior responses we have checked on multiple accounts possible causes of his concerns as they would relate to the swimming pool and find nothing that would be a warranty condition under the terms of the contract. Seasonal World does not intend to replace the liner and coping as this in our professional opinion will not solve the problem or is there cause to do so. As stated prior we believe that issues are being caused by a force in the yard outside of work done by Seasonal World. The size of our company has nothing to do with the situation at hand.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      To state things in the simplest of terms, the water getting behind the liner was proven and tested by seasonal world to contain chlorine meaning there is pool water getting behind the liner. Until there is no longer pool water getting behind the liner, the pool is not fully functioning. All possible solutions should be explored even if your opinion doesnt support what could be the cause, up to and including digging out broken pipes or a new pool.

      Again, as Seasonal World as noted in prior responses, the scope of issues that are being experienced with Mr. ********* pool do not see be to related to work performed by Seasonal World nor a product installed by Seasonal World. As the pool is closed for the season we will take this time to re-review his entire file and all field visits that have occurred and see if anything was overlooked or missed. If we find something that *** remedy the situation at hand with Mr. ********* pool we will be in touch immediately to review and discuss.

      We hired seasonal world to install the pool From the start it has been nothing but awful experience. We have payed the full amount ****** that my contract stated they decided to add additional ***** I withheld that until the pool Is finished since the liner was installed and is completely ripped the 3 feet of concrete was not done not to mention the absolute mayhem that was left in my yard. When I called to Speak with **** (owner) I was spoken to like I was garbage and treated with such arrogance like I never in countered before(if need be have a recording of the conversation) then was hung up on. They have received 100% of the money that was in my contract the pool needs to be 100% finish and when that is done and left in the way its supposed to be by a so-called professional company thats when the rest of the payment would be issued and hes refusing to do so something **** to be done so crooks and cons like that cannot keep doing this to customers as many people I have spoken to his own workers told me please dont let him do this to you because he is nothing but a ***** also have that on video.

      This complaint has no merit or validity.Since the start, ***** has been abusive to our entire staff. She already posted a negative ****** review and continues to talk to people on our team as if they are sub-human. What is factual is that ***** decided breach the contract by not making payment in the amount that was due under the contract terms and also provided payment in the form of personal check which is not an acceptable form of payment under the contract. Payment has since been made in the correct amount but seeing as the funds were in the form of a personal check, they will need to fully clear and when this occurs Seasonal World will resume construction and continue the project. Our team has made her husband aware of this and the schedule that remains as ***** is unable to be spoken to on the phone due to how she handles herself.

      Again, this complaint has no merit or validity.It was posted by an extremely angry person that is unable to be pleased.
