Nov 23 2022 I ordered a report for 1.00 but was charged a subscription of 179.96 I didn't ordered I want a refundBusiness response

This is ******, VP of Operations. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you so allow me to assist you and make things right for you.
Upon checking your account, the $179.76 was still a pending charge upon your initial contact with us a month ago and we were able to cancel or remove this pending charge before the money was taken out of your account so technically there's nothing to refund as we only need to cancel or remove the pending charge.
Your account and subscription under ****************** was also canceled and closed at the time we removed or canceled the pending charge and that was a month ago already.
We apologize for the confusion this may have caused you.
