Energy-Tech Heating and ******** is the worst company I ever had to deal with. I had the unpleasant experience of having them install my central air in my 2 family home. The whole job was projected to be done in 2 weeks, however it took more than a month to complete the installation, that alone is frustrating as you have people coming in and out of your house as you are trying to go about your business. That was only the beginning as the guys that came over seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and that was what caused a lot of the issues I've been having till this day, 5 years later. The first 3 years they were here on a yearly basis due to the A/C having problems of leaking the refrigerant out. The last people that came over were better at it since they themselves recognized that a good job was not done but in the end they got my A/C "working" I write it that way because from day one that vents never put out air below the ***** range and thus the unit ran a whole lot, so much for energy efficient, so I learned to leave the air at 73-74-75 to allow the unit to rest. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago and we are back at it again, I have been calling and finally got an appointment for today 10/7/21 between 2-3pm and to no surprise "no call no show". This is not the first time this has happened as they have done the same things before, but this time I'm just fed up with them. They don't seem to be professional about their business because they just don't care about people rearranging their schedules to be able to be home when they say they are coming in. I wish this review can get out so everyone knows how they conduct themselves and not fall for the same nightmare that I'm going thru. The person that has been dealing with me is ***************** and he is the one that has been responding to my calls and he has been the one coming out to deal with my issues, I understand that as a business they can be busy and doing warranty work does not generate income so it becomes a loss and a nuisance but to avoid going thru those problems the job must be done right the first time around.
