    I bought a small office desk and I received it yesterday afternoon.I opened it and I assembled it myself. I LOVE it!GO allowed me to afford a very good quality desk at an extremely good price. Many thanks for that and for your high quality customer service.

    I recently bought a set of Ulti-MATE Garage Cabinets from Garage Organization, and the experience was flawless from beginning to end. My pre-purchase inquiries were promptly and thoroughly addressed, and the order was shipped quickly. The delivery process was smooth, with the carrier calling ahead to schedule and arriving right on time. The driver went above and beyond by helping me place the pallet in my garage. The entire transaction was exceptionally smooth, and the cabinets are absolutely fantastic!

    Ordered a refrigerator and freezer combo for our home. Website says shipping should happen within 5-10 days of order processing. Once the order processed, the shipping company emailed us with a single day, SIX WEEKS AWAY that delivery could take place. We contacted Garage Organizers, and we're more or less told that it was the shipping company's fault. Since the order has processed, company policy states it cannot be cancelled. Hone Depot could have gotten us the same order a about a week, for close to the same price, with free in house delivery and setup. Instead, we have to wait 6 weeks for a truck to drop off the items at the curb. Extremely unhappy about the whole experience.

    The customer placed an order on 4/11/2024 and the order shipped on 4/19/2024. The customer lives is a super remote location where the carrier only delivers once a month. The customer was informed of this in advance and was asked if they wanted to keep or cancel the order. The customer purchased the fridge and freezer set ($2,500) and saved about $1,100 buying with us versus ********** ($1,800 per unit - $3,600 combined). Also the customer ordered with regular curbside delivery and NOT with ******************** He could have opted for White ***** delivery service which would have still saved hime $950. I would also like to note that ********** DID NOT have both of these units stock in his area.

    We recently contacted Garage Organization for some help with organizing our garage. We were looking for a high quality cabinet system without going bankrupt. Based on our measurements and what we were looking for we ended up going with Proslat Cabinets - we were not disappointed. The cabinets were super high quality and we even customized the color we wanted. The service was great and the product was great as well - highly recommended!

    We had an overall good experience with Garage Organization. We needed help organizing our garage and they had the largest variety out of any company I found. I called in and they helped me design my space - I just had to send them a few pictures and some dimensions and they tailored a system that would fit my budget and requirements. I ended up purchasing a customized Armadillo Cabinet system since I need the mobility that this system offers. The price was great and the service was professional. They always responded within a timely manner. The cabinet shipped quickly and arrived quickly as well.

    Not a lot of companies value their customers like Garage Organization. They provide hands on customer service, here in the ************* and provide informative answers to any question you may have pertaining to the products they carry for the garage and beyond - you can tell that they care and have been doing this for a long time. I was contemplating several garage solutions and they guided me throughout the process and were very upfront about each and every brand I looked at - I was mostly impressed with the fact that they really didn't try to "sell" me on anything - they just stated the facts and why choosing one product over another would be the right or wrong choice for my application with good reasoning behind it. The turnaround time to receive our Proslat Garage Cabinets was spot-on! We had a couple of issues with missing parts which were overnighted to us - just amazing customer service and overall experience - what I would call old-school good and knowledgeable customer service!

    We recently order a set of Armadillo cabinets from Garage Organization because the NewAge Bold cabinets we wanted had an extended lead time. The sales rep we spoke to highly recommended these cabinets because they were comparable in price but were higher quality - thicker steel, real hardwood tops, the cabinets were larger and also had standard features such as soft closing doors and drawers. The cabinets shipped super-quickly and arrived in flawless condition. They were very easy to set up and also looked and functioned great. We are super-happy with the decision we made going with these cabinets. The overall service we received was top notch from start to finish. I would highly recommend Armadillo Garage Cabinets from Garage Organization - just a terrific overall experience!

    We ordered a set of Ulti-MATE Garage cabinets after consulting with a sales rep at Garage Organization. ******* was very knowledgable and everything came within the designated timeframe and as described. The cabinets were super-easy to put together (follow the instructions). They have videos, manuals and tips for best practices - just a very professional company - very straightforward - very honest. I would highly recommend them - they know what theyre doing!!!

    We purchased a Paragon Patio Heater from Garage Organization for a really good price. It was shipped within a day and we received it with in a week. It was larger than we expected (not a bad thing) and it really heats up our patio. We are super-happy with this purchase and the overall experience.
