This company should not be in business. i ordered a set of chairs from amazon and i followed the merchandise until it got to the terminal and called to set up delivery , as i had an important event to attend. they didn't have a way to put it on the schedule and sent an email later to set it up . i confirmed delivery between 6-9 am . i did not get a call the day before with an approximate time, they called at 5:00 am (!) to tell me they were on their way - which is unacceptable , came to the house, did NOT ring the doorbell ;there were 5 people in the house and a boxer who barks like crazy if ******** is rang ; , they threw a paper at the door saying i wasn't at home and left . after multiple calls and talking to various **** and supervisors, not only i don't have a delivery date now , but they told me they'd charge me $125.00 redelivery fee. I am now dealing with the seller on amazon trying to get a hold of the merchandise. i think i will just cancel the transaction just to not deal with this horrendous company.Business response

I paid for white glove delivery service. First off I was provided a delivery window of 5:30-9:30pm which in itself is absolutely unacceptable, I live is a neighborhood hood and have school age children, and should t worry about delivery or furniture being put together at 10 pm at night. The driver never showed up and I have tried calling customer service for hours with no answer. I want my furniture delivered and a refund for the top end delivery I paid for.Business response

On May 9th, 2024 at approximately 1:30pm the delivery personal were bringing the ordered refrigerator into the home to install it into the kitchen. During this time, the movers did not properly secure the fridge to the dolly, and dropped it, damaging both the fridge and the walls of my home. This damage has been estimated by contractors to be about $500 USD. After the incident, the movers brought the fridge back into the truck, and I received no phone calls from the moving company for a replacement, or how to proceed with a claim, nor did I receive a phone call from ******************* from whom I ordered the fridge from. It has now been over 30 business days since I submitted my claim with all of the appropriate paperwork, I have tried calling the company to no avail.Business response

I bought high-end appliances from ******************* in the ********, **, area. They use this terrible delivery company as their partners (AM Home Delivery), with bad customer service, that only service the area of ********/************** (the larger area of the city of *****) twice a week.I took the day off from work (8/15) because the delivery was schedule for 8/15 (after a long wait to get a delivery date available).Of course they did not make it.Now, I had to contact the terrible customer service of AM Home ********************** and they cannot provide a date when they will be able to deliver the appliances that I bought and paid in full from ********************** yourself a favor, and do a thorough research about this company (obviously I did not do my due diligence before, and now I am paying the price), read all the reviews and then make a decision. If I can suggest, rent a uhaul truck to pick up your High-End appliances yourself. Unless you don't care and are ok with uncertainty as to when they will deliver your products.I will come back and provide an update about the situation (the delivery of the appliances itself and the conditions of the appliances that have been sitting on a truck and warehouse for days now. Dents? Scratches? will see!)Business response

on 8/7/24 drivers arrived at my home to deliver appliances purchased from ** *******, this was their 3rd party dispatched vendor, not anyone i hired this is purely who ** ******* subcontracts work to. these animals proceeded to DAMAGE my home inside and out by literally tossing around massive appliances that i do have video and picture proof of. There is damage to my outside pavers from them dragging a fridge across them because they didnt want to use a dolly you watch the guy crash my brand new fridge in to my gate MULTIPLE times. They shred my laminate flooring and baseboards and walls. they broke my EXISTING dishwasher. They were insanely disrespectful to my mother and my home. Burrowed holes in my walls and cabinets without permission all the while one other tech thought it was ok to Intimidate my mom by being insanely rude to her and the other thought it was ok to give her his phone number!! I have contacted ** ******* trying to resolve this and they keep stating they are not liable AM TRUCKING is well that is unacceptable ** ******* told these animals to come to my home i did not hire them and then i filed a claim with AM TRUCKING who are the rudest people ever and provided quotes , pictures and video proof of all the TRAUMA that was caused and they stated it is only worth $800 when you cant spot fix laminate floors, the whole floor needs to be replaced. ** ******* is liable because ** ******* hired them not me. my house was just fine before these monsters came in and ruined and now ** ******* and AM TRUCKING refuse to do the right thing which is FIX THE DAMAGES. I am not trying to profit i just want what is right to be done. My home needs to be repaired because of ** ******** and AM TRUCKING. I ordered appliances and now my whole downstairs needs to be repaired because of their poor choice in vendors and employees. I just want what is right to be done!Business response

On April 10, 2024, this company delivered a dryer that I purchased from ** *******. During the delivery, the delivery personnel damaged my wood floors in multiple locations. They apologized and put me in contact with a customer service representative. She explained the process for having the damage repaired, which included obtaining a repair quote and contacting the claims department via email. I immediate obtained a repair quote and subsequently forwarded that to the company, along with a notarized statement as to what occurred (per their instructions). I have since attempted to follow up several times via email and telephone with no response. I have attached the repair estimate for your reference.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bedroom suite through an online store "AFA Stores". They gave me tracking information through AM Home Delivery. I have been watching AM's tracking information for about 2 weeks. They stated they would call to schedule a delivery. They never called. Instead i received an email stating that they would deliver Friday July 26th 4-8PM. Kind of late and ridiculous i couldn't agree or disagree to the time. I clicked "OK" on the text they sent me to confirm that time. (Like i had another option). I leave work early to come home and remove the existing furniture to allow them to complete their "white glove" service in which they put together my furniture. At 8:10 the tracking app still states they are 3 deliveries away. I call and speak to a ******. He says he cant get ahold of the drivers or a manager and that he will call me back. I receive a call back an hour later stating he still cannot get ahold of anyone and they most likely wont be showing up.... I asked him where my items were and when they would be here.. he stated he was unsure and that most likely they would be rescheduled for next Thursday or Friday but couldn't be certain. I asked if i would be reimbursed for lost time as their websites informs you of delivery rescheduling fees if the customer is at fault of the non deliverable items. He said most likely not. When i asked to speak to a manager he said to call Monday during normal business hours... Why would they deliver this late, PAST NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. I am now without a bed as the other has been removed. I need a solution as to when my delivery will be onsite.Initial Complaint

AM Home Delivery is truly one of the worse companies I have ever had the misfortune of using. I placed an order for a fridge through a listing on Amazon and AM Home Delivery is one of the companies they use for deliveries in my area. I was told that my delivery was arriving on 6/5/24 between 2:30 and 6:30pm. Because of the delivery window given, we made arrangements to be home from those hours. When the delivery had not arrived by 8:30pm I called the customer service line. I was informed then, and only then, that my delivery was not going to arrive that day. Furious that this was not communicated to me, I explained the situation to the customer service rep and he told me a route manager would be giving me a call the following day. The next day I never received a call or an updated delivery time. I called the customer service line again and asked to speak with the supervisor, *******. I was told a ******* would call me within an hour and half. 3 hours later I called again and was told ******* had gone home for the day. I have not once received a call back on an email reply from anyone at this company. I am still awaiting delivery for the fridge. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I have communicated to the seller that they should no longer use their services. I would like action taken against this company. How they are still in business operating like this baffles me.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:The order number is AM100238470.
I was given a delivery window again of today from 1:30pm to 5:30pm and am now being told the driver's delivery window closes at 5pm. Will I receive my fridge today? Likely not....
I also sent an email and received a very unthoughtful reply from ********. I have never worked with a company with worse customer service than AM **********************.
