      Ordered my bed on 10/13. Original shipping said it should have arrived by 10/21. No updates as of 10/18, had to reach out. Tracking was finally updated. My bed was supposed to be delivered by yesterday at the absolute latest. It has been in ******** for over a week now. They keep pushing the delivery date back and is not communicative or providing any additional information or clarification about why. I'm getting very frustrated as I am given the runaround every time I try to call to get more information. This is ridiculous and their customer service has been horrible.

      They have terrible customer service, they try to schedule ********************** without asking. Then when you call to reschedule you get hung up on and told to call back. I was told it would be $20 to hold my stove for the week then when I asked for the Thursday of the week 11/1 was told it would be $80 because they only come Wednesday and Thursday. I refused to pay that. Tried to speak with supervisor was hung up on. Found new number to call on ****** called and told it could be delivered 11/4. Fast forward to 11/2 no confirmation for delivery, I call and told Its delayed. It is going out next week maybe, but no explanation as to why it was delayed. Could not talk to a supervisor or have my call escalated. Spent 3 hours on the phone trying to find out why it could not be delivered as promised. Still waiting to see if and when my stove will come. I paid $5400 for an Ilve stove that they have sitting in their Dallas ********** they are the delivery service for Appliance Connection.

      This company delivered and installed a refrigerator on 4/22/2021. Due to the faulty installation, our floors were water damaged from a leak. They scratched the floors when they were putting it in. I contacted the company and I sent them pictures and contractor quotes for repair. I also sent them a diagram of the area. The company started by saying they would pay $2.50/ sq.ft. I told them that was unacceptable. Now they are offering $3.00/sq. ft and asked for more pictures. This ha s been going on for months and I would like my floor repaired.

      I ordered from a company that uses this company for shipping. I received a notice that for delivery text message. I called an rescheduled, they have never showed up to deliver. They refuse to acknowledge that on one has called to inform me of the agreed redelivery date. No one can confirm any delivery date. I cannot receive a refund as the item is in shipping status on vendors side. I cannot get my product from the shipper. I am held hostage by a poorly run company full of excuses.
