I purchased the Gymax 3-in-1 Baby Bassinet Beside Sleeper on December 21, 2023, through ********* website. The Canadian health authorities recently issued a recall notice for this product due to safety concerns. Following this notice, I ceased using the bassinet and emailed Gymax at ***********@*******.com on November 25, 2024, requesting instructions for returning the product and obtaining a refund. When I did not receive a response, I sent a follow-up email on December 2, 2024, but my messages have been ignored. I have not received any acknowledgment or resolution from Gymax LLC. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and action regarding this serious matter. As a concerned consumer, I trusted Gymax to handle the recall responsibly, yet I have been left without guidance or a refund. Desired Resolution: I kindly request immediate action from Gymax LLC to address this issue. I would like clear instructions on how to return the recalled product and obtain a full refund. If no response is received promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further to Health Canada and other consumer protection agencies. I have purchased the Gymax 2 in 1 folding treadmill on Nov 26, 2021 from Amazon and paid $449.49. The listing indicated GYMAX 2 in 1 Folding Treadmill, 2.25HP ******************* Pad Treadmill, Portable Walking Jogging Running Machine, Motorized Flat Treadmill with Audio Bluetooth Speakers, Remote Controller.The audio blue tooth speakers has never worked. After a year of having the product it started to smell burnt rubber while being used. After contacting the seller, the remote has failed to work even with fresh batteries.The business has not tried to resolve the issue, while the platform Amazon where the product was purchased has always insisted to reach out to the business for resolution.Initial Complaint

I purchased patio furniture thru *******.com. The third party seller is Gymax 2 pkgs came Thursday third on Saturday. I didnt realize there was 3 at first and had multiple calls into ******* on Friday for missing items. The final box came Saturday. I didnt not receive the correct color cushions and they sent me the wrong hardware. I cannot put this furniture together with hardware they sent. Called ******* again about this I want Gymax to send correct cushions and correct hardware. ******* emailed them multiple times and I emailed them today. ******* wants to send me a return slip and I have to box all up and send In and request refund. No way this product is not leaving my possession until Gymax resolves this. It cost almost $500 for this. Its frustrating because im getting not much help from ******* and Gymax is non responsive. All I want is the black cushions I ordered. They sent me grey and I want the correct hardware so I can put my furniture together. Along with the corrections then need to send a return slip so I can return the incorrect items. I ordered the beach lounge chair from Amazon. When it arrived I realized it was to large for my deck are and requested a refund which Amazon agreed to.the mailing label to return the lounge had to come from Gymax and stated postage wa due in other words I would have to pay the return shipping fee which cam to about $200. I only paid about $69.00.I have tried to contact the company about another shipping option but te phone is on a message system and they state leave your name and telephone and a brief message but there is no way to leave a message,on the shipping label there is a telephone number which I called..it is ************ and the address is ******************************************************************************,I cant afford the shipping amount just want to talk with someone or even an e-mail as what to doCustomer Answer

I purchased 7 piece patio set. The 1st package was opened and thw color was not the same I ordered.The second shipment one box was opened. It been since May 2nd when I received 1st package. I was told I would get a shipping label they will pick up and replace item. APR 14, 2023 TOTAL $84.79 ORDER NUMBER MPL3980841512 YOUR ORDER: SHIPMENT 1 OF 1 Originally placed through Bed ************* and this company is part of the Marketplace.Item arrived with pulley system/crank of 9 ft market umbrella working incorrectly and not securing into place. I also let BB&B and Gymax know (Service Rep) about the small tear in the fabric of the umbrella.I was originally told by bed bath beyond, who I purchased this item from, that am exchange would be made and I would be contacted by Gymax within three business days. To date, that has not occurred. Gymax emailed me asking for pics of damage and a video of the crank not working properly but never addressed the defects or safety or a prompt return of this item for proper credit! I sent them a pic of the fabric tear over two weeks ago and told them that this should suffice regarding any issue that I have with this product and a refund.Nothing was sent regarding a return until I complained again via email on 5/2/23. M in customer care now emails me a Fed ex shipping label to print (I do not have a working printer) and wants me to incur more time and money in gas to a drop off at a fed ex drop off point. Gymax should be able to pick it up at my house in the box they sent it to me in.It appears that they keep making me jump through hoops to get any kind of credit or resolve (exchange) and still nothing. I am leery about returning an item to them and then I will get my credit.This item was ordered for a party and could not be used due the defect of the pulley system when the umbrella collapses down on you and doesnt stay locked in place. This is a safety issue too!, which they didnt seem too concerned about. The fabric of the umbrella had a slight tear or defect which I showed them in an emailed picture. My money was taken out of my bank for this defective product and I want my credit asap or an exchange/return without jumping through all of these hoops with M*** in customer service there, in order to get resolve today! I would like a resolve asap! I paid in good faith for this product and am entitled to a refund and not a run around to get some resolve. I have an issue with Gymax trying to get multiple shipping orders I have 5 boxes that need to be return for a refund. Trying calling several times ******* because that where I got it through them. And they keep telling me that the seller Gymax will call me in 48 hours and I have done this two times and no answer. Fed Ex needs a return label for each box. Been doing this for about two weeks know and no resolution. I called ******* again and they gave me one shipping label and told me to make copies and place it on each box. But Fed Ex saids it doesnt work like that. So tried calling Gymax myself but no answer. I am frustrated and tired of going back and forth. Its a Gymax 7 peace patio set that is damage. I want this nightmare to be over. Tried talking to Fed Ex and they told me it would be like 350 to do it myself. I need help please.
