              I spent over $2000 to get a root canal and a crown. I went to the office 4x to get this done. The hygienist ***talled a temporary crown that fell out the same day. I contacted the office and they were extremely unprofessional! On top of that the office charged me in error on their part $926 twice, they wiped out my HSA account and then charged my credit card as well. I got a temp. ***** done thru them that fell out the same day! I asked for my permanent crown which I paid for so I can have another dentist take care of it and now they stopped responding. I live about an hour away so getting to the office is difficult to resolve this matter as their office closes before I can get there. They have been texting me not calling me and have been extremely rude. I was also told I was the worse customer they have had and Im not much of a complainer but this needs to be filed as I feel that they may be doing this to other patients. I e reached out to my heath *** they have also prompted me to contact the state dentistry about this as well as local.
