      In May of 2022 we paid $1,500.00 to Magnus Broadband for a 1 year contract. Magnus sent ** equipment which did not work. We contacted their support line and after several hours nothing was fixed.Magnus then sent replacement equipment which also did not work. More time wasted with their support line.Bottom line is that said they would send a refund after we sent their equipment back.We did, but never received anything from them to date.$1500 is a significant amount of money for us and we feel it's only right that we get a refund.

      I purchased magnus broadband service, I chose to buy the equipment thru bread (monthly payments which included the equipment and the service) once I receive the equipment it did not work. I worked with there tech person thru phone and email. But they never got it to work. I asked for a replacement, and they kept telling me it was on the way. I never received a replacement. I finally told the person to cancel my service and to send me a return label to send the equipment back. They never did this either. So, I contacted bread to see if I can get my money back. I was told they have to have confirmation that I returned the equipment. Bread gave me another number to contact magnus (no answer. Left voice mail) sent them an email asking for an address to return the equipment. No response. I have been as patient as I can but I am getting over a hundred dollars a month for the last 6 or 7 months getting no internet or my money back . I'm hoping you can help.

      I subscribed to Magnum’s home internet and television cellular service. Within the first month the television service was not functional and there was no response to multiple inquiries to fix it. I elected to cancel service. I have notified Magnum twice, including by certified mail, yet they continue to deduct monthly payments from my bank account. My wireless access has been terminated so I know they have received my request for cancellation yet they continue to withdraw funds.

      I ordered internet broadband and television service. I received equipment that never would activate or connect, despite many attempts with the assistance of the technical support department. I requested a return authorization and shipping label many times, but technical support said they would issue a "ticket", on which I have not heard anything. I simply want to return the merchandise, and obtain a refund.

      In august September and October Ive paid $120 each money for internet service and Ive only gotten it for maybe a month total. *** asked numerous times when my issue would be resolved and Ive been assured countless times that it would be. A new sim was supposed to be sent to me two weeks ago and since then the company has been unresponsive. I want my services cancelled and reimbursed for what *** paid for and have not gotten

      I subscribed to an unlimited data plan. I was assured I would be able to use all of my devices at any time. I was to pay $209 a month to *************** for 12 months for service and the purchase of a modem. My first due date was 7/30. The service was good and we were happy until our service stopped on 9/9. Due to the weekend their support ***** was closed but I sent several unanswered emails. On Monday I called and was told a "ticket was raised". When service was not restored I called several more times only to be told the same thing. Our service was restored on 9/16. On 9/30 service again went out. On 10/3, 10/5 and 10/6 I called several more times. I was hung up on, I left messages, and once was told "a ticket was raised. Finally this afternoon I was told that my service had been disconnected due to too much usage and would be back on 10/16. I was also told that unlimited only means that there is a higher cap on data usage.When I asked to have the service terminated and my Sept and October bills to be partially refunded I was told to contact ***************. Their phone system tells callers to go to their website which I can't do because I have no internet service Please help, I'm quite frustrated.

      On Sept 1, 2022 purchase a cudy router and subscription for wifi from Magnus broadband , subscription #mi-00149 and paid $339.98 for router. Received on Sept 5. On Sept 22, router would not work , spent over 2 hours on phone with Magnus to reset router. On Sept 24,router went off again,called ************ and was told no one to help on weekend. Called 26th, talk with ******************* and he told me someone would call me back by 5:30 that day, no one called. Called both ************ and ************ on Sept 28 in the morning and left a voice message to call me, at 5:37 pm, went to website and started a live chat with ********************* who transferred me to *********************. I told him I wanted to return the router for a refund. After going back and forth with him, he asked for my number and said someone would call me back by 11am AZ time tomorrow. No one called! What else could I have done?

      On 7/29/22 I received equipment from Magnus Broadband for internet/tv, I had a 14 day trial period, the equipment did not work, internet was very very slow and tv would not stream, contacted Magnus, after several conversations with them they finally sent a second SIM card to try, that was on 8/17/22, once again, internet very slow and no tv. I contacted them, worked with their tech, still did not work. I told them I wanted to return equipment. they provided the mailing label, I sent equipment back, they received it on 8/23/22. Then the finance company started calling about late payment, I explained what was going on but they want the payment. I did not make a payment. I again contacted Magnus, they said I need to fill out order cancellation form, I filled out form on 8/22/22, was again told it might take a couple days but still nothing. I cant get ahold of anyone. I have only been able to talk with a tech or whatever the title is through ******** messenger. I have all the messages available as well as the cancellation form, *** delivery confirmation. I do not know what else to do. I will not pay for something I cant use. I need the order cancelled so the finance company, Breadpayments.com will not contact me for payment. Can you help me?

      We had ordered internet services with this company back on 6/1/22. When we signed up, we paid the company $339 and that payment was for the equipment and first month of service. When we received the equipment, we were never able to get it to work or ever receive any service. We had spent 2 weeks trying to get it to work, talking to the company to try to fix the problems. Nothing ended up happening. Since we could not get it to work and it was taking so much time, we ended up cancelling and sending the equipment back to them. When we sent the equipment back, we had the mail tracked so we would know they received it which was confirmed that they did. The company states if services do not work, they will issue a refund. We finally did see money refunded to our account, but the company only refunded $240. They did not provide us a full refund and shorted us $99. When we try to reach out to the company, they now do not answer any calls. They do not respond to emails. We cannot get in touch with them to get the rest of our money. As previously mentioned, we sent back all the equipment and also never received any service at all.
