    In over 40 years of dealing with car dealerships, I have never encountered a more incompetent and unprofessional establishment than Performance Ford of East Hanover **********. Two months ago, I brought my Mustang in for a simple tire swap. Shockingly, the service department managed to install the rear tires on the front of the car--an astonishing mistake, given that they forced a 325/30/19 tire onto the front wheel which was not designed to take that size. This took two days to correct and resulted in damage to my wheels. Despite this incident, I naively believed it was an isolated mistake and decided to proceed with purchasing a second set of factory wheels, costing over $2,100.. A week passed with no sensors in stock,. The next week, I was informed the machine was broken. Then, radio silence for two more weeks. When I finally called to inquire, I was met with the unbelievable news that my tires had been lost. Furthermore, I was told that the service department did not know what size to order-- they had previously worked on my vehicle.I was assured that new tires would be ordered, but again, weeks passed with no updates. When I called again, I was told they were having trouble locating a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. A simple online search revealed that these tires were readily available, making this excuse utterly unacceptable. The following week, I was told the tires had been ordered from *********, and now today another 2 weeks later there is still no sign of the tires--no tracking number, no updates, nothing.When I asked why the tires were not purchased locally, I was given the laughable excuse that **** does not have the funds to replace $1,800 tires and had to use a discount in *********. It is clear that the staff at Performance **** believe their customers are fools. I have no doubt that the tires were never ordered, and I strongly suspect that **** from the service department is trying to cover his own negligence.DONT USE PERFORMACE ****

    Very disappointing and no regard for the customer. Nearly six months with little to no follow up on parts we paid for in full. Now Im fighting to get back my full refund. Again no follow up. **************** is no existent and it tarnishes the **** reputation. The service department needs to have better answers for customers and provide honest follow up especially when you have our money for over six months! Not good business practice

    worst service department, rude, wait time is over an hour and half for an oil change, good luck getting a loaner car. No loyalty to customers, nothing ever covered under warranty.
