    Date: 05/24/24 Amount: ***** + ***** = $84.31 Access to videos for 30 days.What the nature of the dispute is: I was charged twice for services. When I signed up for the site I agreed to pay $*****. I have no problem paying that. However, I checked my bank and I see an additional $***** posted on 5/29. Definitely feel like I'm being double charged. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: I have tried contacting the company. I tried canceling online through the website. However, the only method was to email someone. Here's what they replied: ***************** # Terms and Conditions of Membership 1. As a member you are responsible for paying periodic membership fees in accordance with the current fee plans as of the date of subscribing. Until such time as this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its provisions, Subscriber agrees to pay his/her/its subscription fee by credit card (or other approved facility or mechanism), and hereby authorizes our billing company (Segpay) to charge Subscriber's credit card (or other approved facility or mechanism) for the ongoing subscription fee, and for any and all purchases or products and/or services purchased by Subscriber from the Service.2. Subscriber's subscription to the service will be automatically renewed as stated below upon expiration of the initial term, unless notified. Monthly memberships renew at the monthly rate if the subscriber has not cancelled 24 hours prior to expiration. Membership can be cancelled at any time via email or via the customer support links on the support pages."Here's an email upon me signing up: "Your account on file with NETBILLING has been charged $***** and your membership has been extended until 06-30-2024 . If you have any questions or concerns regarding your membership, please let us know."I'm completely fine with the $*****. However, I didn't approved the other $49 nor did I ever receive an email for it.

    Hello,I've been charged by this company, I have no idea for what, for services and/or products I have not used. I did not authorize any of the monthly double payments I've been making for the past 4 months. The charges are as follow:7/18/2022 - $34.95 7/18/2022 - $49.36 8/17/2022 - $34.95 8/17/2022 - $49.36 9/16/2022 - $34.95 9/16/2022 - $49.36 10/16/2022 - $34.95 10/16/2022 - $49.36 I have not used or benefited from any services or products offered by this company.
