    I made a purchase with this company the end of February and I received the product fairly quickly. Upon opening the product, in my opinion, it wasn't as advertised so i was dissatisfied. I sent my first email to the customer service team expressing this and requesting a return address to get a refund as stated in the return policy. My first email was on 3/1/25 and after daily responses of asking the same question, what is the return address, as of today 3/12/25 the return information has not been provided. Instead a customer service rep has spent and waisted time trying to get me to keep the product and discourage a return. I am tired of asking and overwhelmed with the constant back and forth and disregard to my return requests. I have even told them I will report them to the BBB. They are making me pay the return fee apparently and has asked in more than one email if I'm ok with it and in more than one email my response has been the same, please send information so I can send your product back. I don't understand why I can't purchase my own prepaid label for return.

    I ordered this over a month ago and still have not received it. Iwhen i checked the status it's in route back to sender and they won't refund my money i have reached out to them several times and they won't refund me until they receive it back but clearly they see it's in route back to then

    Previously I purchased hair from this company. Recently, on ******* I received an order of 3packs of hair in the mail. I was confused as to why so couple days later I called then sent an email explaining that I hadn't placed another order. I explained that I would like to return and be refunded. Next, the company replied, "I would like you to try then on you next purchase we will give you $30 off. I inquired, so you just remove money from my account without my permission and sent hair that I don't need? I never received a response back. Prior to ordering the hair I searched the reviews based on quality but later I searched based on issues and discovered this is how they run their business. You buy hair and somehow they keep your card information and just take money and send hair without ones knowledge.

    On 1/11/25 I placed an order which totaled $109. The company’s website advertised that the processing time is 24 business hours and the shipment time is 3-5 working days. I did not receive my order until 1/30/25. I sent an email to the company on 1/27 requesting to cancel the order because the website showed that the item hadn’t even been shipped and I knew it wouldn’t arrive in time for my scheduled hair appointment. Several hours after I sent the email requesting to cancel the order, I received an email with tracking information. The order was finally delivered on 1/30, after my scheduled hair appointment. I left the package unopened and immediately sent an email to their customer service requesting to start a return. Emails have been sent on 1/27, 1/28, 1/30 and 2/3 requesting to start a return and I have received no response. The company’s website cites that customer service would respond within 24hrs; it’s been 5 days! I want to return their item and receive my full refund and never have to deal with this company again.

    I've been trying to send this company their product back on the same day I received the product.I stated that I was happy with how it looked and I would like to return it back to them the way I received for a full refund.The hair is very thin and it does not look like the **********, as of now I haven't heard back from them.

    I ordered my second order on QVR com. When I received my kinky crochet hair all of the top loops were merged together stuck!! We spent hours trying to separate them unsuccessfully we only were able to separate one bag and use the whole bag. The others we had to leave come together and I am not satisfied with my hair. I did not have this issue with the first purchase and I'm looking for a credit or replacement hair. Have attached pictures for your review. Paid over $250 for this payment and the quality was terrible.

    I purchased an human hair product from QVR, and it was delivered December 27, 2024. I contacted the business the same day to ask for a refund. The hair did not resemble the online photo. I paid $65 for the hair with some remaining payments totaling over $200. The company requested photos of the hair which I sent and QVR agreed the hair was in great condition/UNOPENED. The company QVR has refused to issue a full refund, or stop billing my credit card for the balance. QVR will not send refund directions. The Company has stopped communicating with me. I have attached all the emails to QVR and the responses.

    This bust is trying to extort me out of a refund due to not receiving my order. I left a review and they emailed back stating that they will only give me money back if I take down the review. Federal law prohibits extortion that impacts interstate or foreign commerce

    On September 12, 2014, I ordered hair. I ordered a package that included five bundles for $142. When *** delivered the package it had been obviously open. The *** driver told me to check to make sure the package had everything in it, when I checked the package was missing items. *** said they will report it to their company and for me to report it to the sender, which I did. When I reached out *** customer service was horrible. They were nit accommodating or professional. I continuously reached out and was told that they were waiting to hear back from **** I reached out to *** and was told that *** had already received a full refund for the damaged package. When I reached out to ***, they said that they had not heard from *** and I inquired as to why they would not call since *** had already refunded them. Based on that experience, I wrote a review. About a week later *** reached out to me to let me know that they had heard from *** and was issued a full refund and they would now send me the product if I remove my review. In response I told them that once I received a new tracking number I would update my review. They then responded that they will not send me anything unless I remove my review. *** now asked for a full refund and again they said only if Iremive the review.

    I ordered from this company just to receive something totally different also 2 of the bags was missing from the package
