Purchased 1 items on 3/11/23 for $50.83. Confirmation that it would be delivered in 7 to 10 days. Never received. Called several times in ***** could not get through. Emailed on 5/6/23 asking for a refund. On 5/12 received an email that my order will cancel and I will receive a refund in 3-5 business days. Still no refund. On April 3rd,2023 I ordered three pair of copper fit gloves for my husband for his carpal tunnel syndrome on both of his hands. ********************* Healthcare catalog. Dr Leonard’s customer catalog code K125 3193 270. I sent a check in the amount of $56.43 on April 8, 2023 for an order. The check was cashed but as of 5/24/23 no merchandise has been received and no communication has been given. Customer service doesn’t answer the phone and eventually they hang up on you. I either want my money back or my merchandise. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I placed my order (number L3393875K) on 4/10/23. Within days their website stated they filed for bankruptcy, but all orders would be filled or refunded. As of today, 5/22/23, I've yet to receive my order or a refund. Every time I call and select to speak to an associate, it immediately puts me on hold. Then, after being on hold for a half hour, I'm disconnected. Every. Time. I want my order canceled and the money refunded ASAP. The event I needed the order for has long since passed.Initial Complaint

On March 7, 2023, I placed an order for a blue denim jacket. The jacket (finally) arrived and was too big. I returned the jacket on April 15, 2023, one day after receiving the order. I have NOT received any feedback nor the refund. I have tried calling numerous times - no answer. I have emailed- no response. I Ordered item #****** from the Magazine "drleonards and healthy living" March 1 2023. My check was cashed on March 7 2023. Here it is May 3 2023 still have not received my package in the mail yet. I tired calling but the phone lines keep say due to heavy call volume and the phone hang up automatic after ***** min of waiting on hold. I would like to get my money back $103.
