      I placed an order on January 22, 2023 which amounted to $49.06. I was informed it would arrive between 7 and 10 business days. Today is May 2, 2023. I still have not received the order. I have contacted Dr. ******************** various times since February regarding the status of my order. Each time, I was informed the items were on back order. I was given two additional dates for the arrival of the order, the most recent being April 17, 2023. Today, when I contacted Dr. ******************** by email, the report was that my items are on back order. I tried calling their customer service line two times today, but only received a recording and music. The second time I waited for 45 minutes. Nothing. I have been unable to discuss this issue on a person to person basis with anyone from the company.

      4/7/23 our bank statement showed the check we sent ***************** 's had been cashed.it was for ******.we havent recieved the merchandise that we paid for with this check.we have tried many times to reach them with no success.we would like to recieve the merchandice which are adult underwear or our money back.or someone to let ** know what's going on and why we have'nt recieved yet.

      I have tried to contact them concerning unreceived items ordered at the end of February 2023. Their phone was busy for two days. An email was unresponded to. I am requesting a refund for 12 unreceived items. They sent an email about bankruptcy. I have discovered that their site is active.

      I mailed a catalog order for a #****** hearing aid on 20 March 2023. My check for $125.12 was cashed 24 March 2023. As of 25 April 2023 I have not received this item. **************** email address is invalid and phone number rings busy or not at all. I would like the item delivered or a complete refund. Thank you.

      Yes my transaction took place February 27th 2023 I put an order through the ********************* catalog for three different items the total came to over $113 they received their money and I have as of yet to receive the products I have tried calling four different numbers for their company and each time I get busy signals and I call all different hours of the day and night because they say they're open 24/7 I received a call from ********************* one day asking if I wanted to join their little order club I explained to them that no I did not that I was still waiting on my order and the tracking shows that it's still in ************ since March 3rd today is April 20th and I'm still waiting I either want a refund or I want my products

      I placed a order with this business, my order never arrived, and they never called to say that the items were out of stock. I have tried to reach out to the business. No answers the phone it immediately is busy signal. I would like delivery of order or refund in the amount $48.86.

      I wish that I had checked the BBB site before I ordered from Carol Wright Gifts as there are numerous complaints from others regarding their fraudulent practices. On my recent credit card statement there was a charge "DLH*PRK Carol Wright ************ in the amount of $14.95. As I did not order or receive anything from them, I called the customer service numbers for them and none of the calls would go thru. I tried emailing ************************************************************** but the email bounced back. In checking my statements, a charge for $14.95 has been appearing since November 2021. I did not request nor authorize these charges. I want a refund for all the charges.

      On March 24,2023 I ordered merchandise from Dr. ********************* order confirmation #L3252993V which I have not received to date. Has this company gone out of business, as the customer service number is invalid and it is impossible to reach anyone.Pls advise. Thanks much.

      I made an order via their catalog they send out. After researching the product I decided I wanted to cancel the order so I contacted the merchant requesting to cancel the order. When I was on the phone with the provider he kept asking me why I wanted to cancel and proceeded to send the product anyway. I am now responsible for postage to return a product I attempted to cancel prior to shipping.

      The order you submitted was done 2/28/23, once an order is placed, we have limited time before it starts to process within the warehouse. You called us 4 days after it was placed on 3/4 and the order was already being shipped, any changes including cancellations would not be accepted.

      The LATTICE HEM CAPRIS is a final sale product and is unable to be returned, this info is provided on the product page prior to purchasing. A return label has been sent for the other three items as a free label, you are not being charged.As a courtesy the final sale product was refunded without a return 3/7/23 back to your form of payment and will take affect within 3-5 business days.
      Once the other three items are received and processed by our warehouse a refund for them will be reflect back to you for of payment.
