  Awful Just find somebody, anybody else. A well trained primate even without opposable thumbs and ha fallen from a tree canopy as a toddler would do a better job. They flooded my basement. Claimed to have before and after pictures and when I pressed them remarkably they could not or would not produce them. *****, ******* and ***** - 2 of whom are and 1 in the escalation department are stooges. Actually that does Mo, *****, and Curly a bad name. They dont listen, dont care. And I promise their policy is deny, deny, deny; followed by ignore, deny; ignore, deny. I blame myself for ever calling them; it was simply desperation. Use my experience as a ****** to avoid. P.S. Ive never taken the time write a negative review in my life.M.S. ************

  Scam company. They just charge $1K to pair you with intentially deceptive and minimally skilled installers. They didn't say I needed a drain pan and installed without. The installer put the heater on bricks that the old one had been on (switched from gas to electric). He skipped nearly every beginning step in the instruction booklet, neglecting to check the pressure gauge. How is this company legally allowed to exist?

  This company is an absolute scam. When they estimated the cost for my heater repair, they quoted me around $1,700 and said, at most, it could increase by $100. However, at the end of the job, they handed me paperwork listing the total as $2,400—without ever mentioning an additional $700 charge. Thankfully, I caught it before signing and confronted the technician. After some back and forth, I called the company, and we agreed to stick to the original price. I thought the issue was resolved, but two weeks later, they charged my card for the additional amount anyway. When I called to dispute it, they claimed the original price conversation never happened. This company will either sneak in hidden charges or blatantly try to overcharge you. Beware!

  I've NEVER had a worse experience with a customer service representative in my life ! So bad that we decided to cancel our order with them and go with a different installation service company completely. After making multiple phone calls to set up an appointment to assess the current leaking water heater ,we were met with a " oh , um , I don't know what happened and why you weren't contacted , this has never happened before." We were assured that we would be contacted Friday to set up a Saturday morning appointment. But Saturday afternoon we still has not gotten a call to set up and appointment and had to call them once AGAIN. The woman on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and tried to blame us for their incompetence. She then proceeded to tell us that we could only use the one heater they sold and that the install was going to be 500 dollars on top of the overpriced heater they were trying to sell. I told told her that was not true in either case and that I knew that because we had done our research. After being caught in a lie she told us some other heaters options, but after being met with nothing but attitude I told her we were no longer interested in their services. We have since bought the heater of our choice and had it installed for less than half of the 1,200 dollars they quoted us. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone and I would recommend that that customer service representative be FIRED.

  Fast service. Easy system. I asked for help on the price and the manager got on the phone and helped me get my hot water back at a price I could afford.

  No show on the day when the service was scheduled initially. After they rescheduled it to a different day, tech came in two hours later from the time frame we were given. $1600 heater + installation is not cheap. Company treats people unprofessionally. I would not recommend using them.

  Crooked company. I should have done my homework. I had my water heater replaced Saturday July 30 2022 for it started leaking. First they sent the wrong size tank. Secondly they sent a plumber who is a bully and have absolutely no respect and customer care. In other words the homeowner has no say. He cut all the copper pipes out without my consent and then give all kinds of foolish excuses. NEVER discussed what he was going to do. I called 1800heater and spoke with **** who made me look like I am the guilty one. He concluded that he can't do anything so he would let his manager give me a call. To date they ignored my request to have my copper pipes re installed. The plumber installed some kind of cheap tubing and the excuse was copper too expensive. I have decided that if it floods again because of the cheap pipes both the 1800heater and the plumber will be accountable.
