      I got the most expensive option they had, but when it came to claims they sent a technician, I paid him my deductible. He said he had to get parts and would reschedule.I never heard from him again. The company sent another technician after a month of fighting with them. Later my water heater broke, they said they did not cover water heaters at all. Do not buy from them.

      Buyer beware! Do not purchase anything from this company.They promise to get you a contractor within ***** hours. $75 service call is your obligation. Its been 4 days nothing has been done except being stroked by phone representatives.Text comes at 12:54am that service is scheduled and tech will arrive between 1:00-3:00pm that day.I take time of work and at 9:35am they cancel and reschedule for 5 days later. THERE ARE FAR BETTER CHOICES FOR THIS SERVICE!

      ServicePlus Home Warranty Company is a rip off. I filed a claim with my heating unit and they found every reason in the world not to pay and then harrassed me about renewing. I called and asked them to put it in my file not to call me again because they just scam people and then don't pay and I informed the lady that I spoke with NOT to automatic renew my contract when it runs out in April.

      ServicePlus is the worst home insurance warranty company, they do not honor claims properly. However when trying to cancel the service, they do not honor and keep charging to the credit card , they have long wait times if they transfer you to the cancellation service and somehow I was able to get in touch with a customer service representative, they told that they will not cancel the contract and to call back when the contract period is over otherwise it will renew, that means it will be perpetual, so they are harder to reach and communicate and on top of that they keep charging to your credit card account when you do not need them.

      Service Plus warranty is not a good company to purchase home warranty insurance from they do not pay out claims on Appliances that they cannot be fixed. They promised to pay me a check for my washer the depreciated value because they couldnt repair it. I never received a check. They told me it would take eight weeks October 16, 2024 and this is now January 2025 and still havent received the check. I called serval times after the 8 weeks. And I keep getting the runaround and now they telling me they dont know when I receive the check. All they know is I will be getting-it. I have canceled my insurance with them. They delayed me canceling my insurance every time I try to cancel insurance they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then a phone hang up never again where I give them $51 every month automatically and they only fix one thing in my house was the washing machine one time I called them out about my washer again they couldnt fix it. I had to buy a new one and they supposed to send me a check and I never got.

      I have been a customer of ********************** since 2023 and my experience has been profoundly disappointing. I purchased the 6 year warranty first year ******* May 2023 my garbage disposal malfunctioned. I promptly filed a claim, When a technician finally arrived , they were unprofessional and I couldnt get ahold of him for days after he came. I had to call MULTIPLE times for another technician. Well finally got another technician to come he was great. It was diagnosed and service plus didnt want to cover it claiming it wasnt covered which it stated garbage disposal on my contract. I had to speak to a supervisor and they agreed to fix it but it was a HASSLE after multiple phone calls and ************ dryer went out in 2023 they fixed that with no ********* January 2025 my water heater is not working properly. Filed a claim and they didnt even have a technician come out they denied my claim after asking what the issue is. I dont know anything about a water heater. So now this is an out of pocket expense. Just terrible Throughout this ordeal, customer service was unhelpful. Despite numerous attempts to escalate the issue, I received no satisfactory resolution. I also discovered numerous similar complaints from other customers , indicating a pattern of poor service and unfulfilled commitments.What is the point of having home warranty if they dont cover anything.Tried to cancel my policy do you know they told me I will not receive any premium back after paying almost $2000 for the 6 year warranty. Talking about they paid as a courtesy $980 for the 2 claim I filed. Are you kidding me. The only thing the representative offered was to waive the $75 service charge for my next claim. I went off this is the worst home warranty ever. Now Im stuck with them until 2029 because I cant get my money back. I just want my money back.Given this experience, I cannot recommend ServicePlus Home Warranty to other homeowners.

      This home warranty company should not be in business. They are ripping consumers off. They collect money from consumers but do not pay any claims. They can't provide a provider for your repairs and when you do, they want you to pay the provider, and you end up paying for your own repair and never get reimbursed. Our claim was approved to be repaired, and we are still waiting after 3 months to get reimbursed. TERRIBLE How can we get our money back???????
