My name is *************************. I placed an order for 3 Golden Lighting ****** 4 Light 16- Inch Pendant in Vintage Sage 0838-4P VS on 03/01/22. I received 3 of the 31-inch pendant instead, which is very huge for my small kitchen. I immediately called the company the following day and was instructed to send an email requesting to return the merchandise. I asked if they have the 16-inch that I ordered and was told that they do not have the 16-inch light pendant and that they are out, so I have decided to return them. I was told that I will get an email with return instructions in the next day or two. I did not get an email back so I followed up on 03/14/22. It wasn't until 03/22/22 that I finally received the return instructions after I kept calling and sending emails. When I went to Fed-ex, I was told that it will cost me $380 to ship all 3 items. I emailed the company back and called to ask for a shipping label but I was repeatedly denied. They said it clearly stated 31-inch on the website. I have a picture of my order from the email they sent me showing 16-inch lighting pendant but they denied me flat and told me that I have to ship the merchandise at my cost. I would like to get my refund because I feel that the description which was on my order is proof that it was not my error. It is not my fault that their company advertisement is incorrect and does not match the actual product that I ordered. I cannot afford to pay the shipping nor can I afford to keep these fixtures that I am unable to use. Please help!
