Company has been nonresponsive in fulfilling my order although they received my $68.55 payment. They are not answering my calls or electronic messages, and has failed to provide any updates since receiving my order. I question whether this company is a scam or has gone out of business. Due to their nonresponsiveness, I want the order cancelled and a refund immediately.Business Response

Company sells animal clothes that do not fit according to the measurements they publish. They promote free returns but if you do not have a printer for a label they charge you. Once you purchase the company seems to be completely unresponsive.Initial Complaint

I placed 2 orders on January 8th for **************** Ingredient rabbit wet cat food. 12 cans in each order. Shortly after that i read the reviews for this business and saw the terrible reviews. I immediately wrote and requested cancelation of both orders. I received 2 emails (uploaded) that stated the orders were canceled. They were not and they charged me for both orders. Then I received a notication that order Spl62001 had been shipped and I received an Amazon tracking number TBA318709424745. It said delivery would be today, January 17, 2025. This mirning is received a text that states this order is undeliverable and is being returned to sender. Obviously this is a scam company. I want a refund on both orders. I will also be contacting my credit union to report fraudulent activity.Customer Answer

The company says they will refund to our credit card the $27.10 for the critically needed 2 day air shipping of fish medicine. Because they did not deliver, and state they delivered 12 days late, they cost us the life of our fish, and because we had to order separate medication elsewhere due to non delivery, we requested the entire amount #of the order be refunded of $41. The medicine was $ 13.94. Order critical care medicine for sick fish with 2 day air delivery payment of $27.10, ordered on 10/23. We paid additional money for the fast delivery and believe a notation was included that the medicine was needed within the 2 days promised for sick fish. The item was not delivered as promised. In a last ditch effort to keep our fish alive, our husband ordered medicine from a different company when the item did not arrive on time. Our fish died within a few days not having the medication in time. The company states the item was delivered on 11/4. We did not received the medicine. They are a service provider for medicine and should have had the medication to us timely as paid. We also seek help from BBB that the company does not report us, or corrects to remove the $14 medication order, to any bill collection or credit rating service.Initial Complaint

November 1, 2024 ordered 8 bags of Lotus Soft Baked Dog Treats. Cost $53.20. Never received email confirmation. I printed a copy of the order, no. SPL57220.E mailed them twice requesting a shipping date and a tracking number with no response. After reading the complaints, I believe I am not going to receive my order. I placed an order for (6) ****************** plus containers on or very close to 9/1/2024 for $214.34 and it is now 9/18/2024 I still did not receive my order. I have tried contacting them several times to no avail. I have stayed on hold for longer than 30 minutes on more than one occasion only to leave a voice message. None of my messages were returned. I asked only for a texted *** tracking number and they can't even provide that. Ordered two dog toys on June 26, 2024. As of July 4, 2024 there has been no activity on the order however the funds were collected. Wish I read these reports prior to purchasing. Seems to be the norm for them. I just want my money returned. Buyer beware!Business Response

I ordered 2 litter boxes last week on June 6,2024. The money cleared my bank but Pet Life hasnt sent any email as to when its going to ship. I also called 3 times and they never answer and I have left messages on their answering machine and I have emailed them but no one responds. Im a senior citizen who lives on a budget so I cant afford for Pet Life to hold my money. On June 7, 2024, I placed an order for Cognition Bites for dogs. On June 11, 2024, I emailed *******@*******.com (as stated on the order page) to get a shipment status since it is supposed to be delivered between June 12 - June 13, 2024, and the status still shows "order placed". On June 12th, I called since I did not receive an email reply. I listened to the wait dialog and music for a long time until it finally forced me to leave a message (no other option). I still have not received a return phone call or reply to my email. No response at all. It is now June 13th and it still has not shipped yet. I now believe this is a scam. And, I am not happy about it or the fake company. I want to cancel the order and receive a refund immediately!
