Ordered two dog toys on June 26, 2024. As of July 4, 2024 there has been no activity on the order however the funds were collected. Wish I read these reports prior to purchasing. Seems to be the norm for them. I just want my money returned. Buyer beware!Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Upon filing this complaint, as with many others who did the same, the order was fulfilled as promised.

I ordered 2 litter boxes last week on June 6,2024. The money cleared my bank but Pet Life hasnt sent any email as to when its going to ship. I also called 3 times and they never answer and I have left messages on their answering machine and I have emailed them but no one responds. Im a senior citizen who lives on a budget so I cant afford for Pet Life to hold my money. I have no clue how or what I should do next its very apparent that they are keeping peoples money and not sending out the ordersCustomer response

On June 7, 2024, I placed an order for Cognition Bites for dogs. On June 11, 2024, I emailed *******@*******.com (as stated on the order page) to get a shipment status since it is supposed to be delivered between June 12 - June 13, 2024, and the status still shows "order placed". On June 12th, I called since I did not receive an email reply. I listened to the wait dialog and music for a long time until it finally forced me to leave a message (no other option). I still have not received a return phone call or reply to my email. No response at all. It is now June 13th and it still has not shipped yet. I now believe this is a scam. And, I am not happy about it or the fake company. I want to cancel the order and receive a refund immediately!

I ordered a package from them and it never arrived. They sent me a picture of a house that isnt mine. I cant get anyone to answer the phone or return a call. *** sent numerous emails and tried calling on 6 different occasions. On 2/9/2024 I placed an order on the Pet Life website (*********************************************************************************************************************) for 16 2.5 oz bags of Fruitables Cat Treats Salmon/Cranberry (listed as "In stock!"), using Venmo as method of payment. My payment was immediately accepted and an email confirmation was received, but no estimated ship date. No further communication has been received.I regret that I didn't search for reviews/complaints prior to placing my order. Based on the reviews and complaints I found online I decided to take immediate action against Pet Life to pursue a refund. Last night I contacted ***** and explained the situation and they've filed a dispute and escalated my case to an Account Specialist.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for dog food and received an email confirmation of the order which said I would receive an email when it shipped. They charged my card immediately when I placed the order. I've received no further communication from this company. I've called multiple times and been on hold for a very, very long time each time. I've left voicemails, emails and messages with no reply. I feel that this company is a fraud. I wish I had read everyone else's complaints before I placed the order. At this point I just want a refund of my money.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for two cases of cat food (24 cans/case) through Pet Life on 2/4/2024 and have not received the shipping status of my order. My card has been charged for an amount of $136.16. I have called the company numerous times at this point trying to cancel the order and get a refund, however, no one has answered. I also sent a customer support inquiry through their website over a week ago and no one has answered. I have emailed separately to [email protected] and have not gotten a response to my request for the cancellation of my order. I feel this website is a scam taking money from customers. With so many complaints to the BBB, is this being actively investigated?Customer response

I placed four separate orders for parrot food on February 2, 2024, for total of over a thousand dollar. Nothing has been shipped and as others have noted there is NO answer to the customer ervice phone number or emails: I am requesting these orders be CANCELED and a full and prompt refund to my credit card made. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
