      On 2-7-24 called Buydig.com to cancel my order #********** due to a family emergency. Was Told TV was loaded on delivery truck. Told to refuse delivery. And that was it. The shipping company called 2-8-24 about delivery and I told the company the order was cancelled and do not deliver because of a family emergency. The shipping company said fine no problem. On 2-7-24 they charged my card after I told Buydig.com to cancel my order for the amount of 2669.89. Instead gave a refund of 2304.89 on 2-22-24, 10 days later. Cost me 365.00 dollars for cancelling a order. This is outrageous. Cancelled, never left Buydig.com , no delivery and it me cost me 365.00 for cancelling a order! Buyer(s) beware this company , I never heard of any company charging this much money for cancelling a TV order that was not even delivered. As a matter of fact, I called a few companies and they have very minimal return fee, 100.00 and less They are bad as they could of stopped delivery. If you want to cancel an order and get charged ridiculious cancellation fee by all means deal with Buydig.com . Very bad company to deal with. Save your money and shop elsewhere, Amazon, B&H, Walmart and many more reputable companies. I would of not ordered from Buydig.com they border on illegal charges of money for a cancelled order.

      So bought a 85 in 8 k tv on August 21 this yr. Came refurbished with a extended warranty of 2 yrs. Waited about 5 weeks for the room to be finished and we put the TV on the factory stand on a TV stand. was fine for a month and the screws snapped and tv fell. Notifying the company was given a run around first it wasn't within 90 days it was then they said it wasn't covered because it was wall mounted it wasn't then was told the screws were over tightened when I sent them pictures of the other 3 Samsung TV's providing proof I wasn't a moron.i work ft as a ups driver so I work hard I feel 1 they didn't supply the proper hardware by mistake also the extended warranty seems misleading

      After reviewing the claim we understand the mistake the customer made while mounting the TV in turn casuing the TV to fall. 

      Now wanting to return the TV do to a drop which is not covered. 

      I did discuss this with the proper parties and decided to refund the order in full.

      I tried to purchase a DJI Mini 4 Pro drone with the fly more plus combo (totalling **** USD + shipping) a few days ago. I tried to use my first credit card, and was informed that there was an error in processing my card. I then tried a second one and got the same exact message. To my surprise, I was triple charged (for almost **** ******** Dollars) across two cards WITHOUT receiving any confirmation code or email so that at I could at least know a purchase was successfully made. I had to go out of my way to cancel both cards and communicate with my bank to make sure I was not robbed of my money. I tried to contact BuyDig so that they could check the last 4 digits of my credit cards so that I could receive my money back, but they said there was nothing they could do and that I had to go to my bank. Only, my bank informed me that they will not be able to fully return the 3 transactions and that I had to go to the company so that I could ask for a reversal of this unjustified withdrawal from my bank account.This is a gigantic sum of money, and for BuyDig to simply put their hands up and say there is nothing they can do as result of their error is astoundingly absurd. I am asking for nothing but for the payments to be reversed based on the last 4 digits of the two credit cards, nothing more nothing less. There is no item being shipped my way because I could not receive so much as a confirmation email.

      In order for us to search an order we need an order ID.

      i searched with the phone number it did not work. 

      if  you placed an order with us you would have recived a confirmation email.. 

      I would contact the bank and reverse the charges,

      I am rejecting this response because: After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, the company chose a random older guy with a van to deliver my $3000 TV. As he was by himself, I had to help to get the 83" TV into my home. Because of all the hassle, detailed in my previous complaint, the company offered a refund of $400, if I accepted delivery and changed my ratings from 1 to 5 stars and closed my claim with the BBB. I agreed and followed through with my commitment. It's now been 2 weeks since delivery and I still haven't received the refund. Also, my TV was advertised with a 4 year extended warranty included. I have tried numerous times to get the company to honor the sale, however I've been unsuccessful. This has been a nightmare experience. Just do what you promised to do and we can get on with our lives.

      Bought a tv from them via **** listing on 8/24/23 using Buy it Now. Paid minutes after winning auction, several emails asking about shipment throughout the week, and they finally advised this item is not in stock on 8/31/23. They have not yet refunded my money, will file a complaint with ****. This is a warning to others!

      It was just a question on what the order number itself (***********) was and posed no resolution or changes to their processes which failed me the customer. 

      Hopefuly more folks come forward with complaints to force them to make changes or close them down for their shotty business practices.

      In February I purchased a ********* Duo phone from this company. The phone ended up being defective. I bought from this company because they advertised that they are a ********* authorized dealer.... So upon contacting them about the defective ********* duo, they initially wrote the following to me: " would you like to keep this item for the nice amount of *****?" !!!! A phone that cost ****** and is not working. What am I going to do with *****??!!! I obviously declined their "nice" offer. Then they said they couldnt replace it because it was purchased via a 3rd party, (that would be ****, even though all their promises are on their **** page), they said they could only offer a refund. I accepted their limitation and asked them to proceed with the refund. First it took forever for them to send the return label, and when they got the phone they only refunded half of the total price. Every time I called to follow up they would use the excuse that the return was outside the return window, it was not! And every time they checked they would see that all was done within the appropriate time frame. Then they said that they needed to talk to the manager. Then they tried to say that the phone was in bad shape when they received it. Another made up lie, it was returned in its original packaging same condition as it came to me, without damage. The only problem the phone had was the display was malfunctioning. In the end we never got a call back from anyone about only getting 1/2 our money. Currently Pay Pal has stepped in to dispute the remaining balance. I am also filing complaint with **** directly. False advertising and corrupt business practice.

      Placed order WC27917062 on 3/17/2023. Ordered was marked as delivered left in front of my door. I contacted them on 3/23 and advised them the package was never delivered to me. I also asked them why they would allow the delivery company to just leave the package unsecure and did not obtain a signature. They have refused to help replace or refund my money. I have sent multiple emails and been given the run around over and over. I need my order or my money back. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to just throw money out the window.

      I ordered a mattress through buydig.com. I entered my new address, as we had just recently moved, and opted to pay through PayPal. However, this overroad the existing shipping address. Upon the completion of the purchase, I received the order confirmation email and realized it was shipping to the wrong address. I called buydig the next day and was told I couldn't cancel the order because the shipping tracker had already been produced, but they would reroute the package through ****** I called back the next day to confirm that it had indeed been rerouted. I was told that it had been.However, It showed up at our old house. Thankfully, our neighbor watched over it as the nightmare of trying to return a package through ***** pickup from 10 hours away. ***** picked it up and returned the product over a month ago and have not been refunded the money for the issue. I have been on the phone with costumer service 3 times with no resolution. Packages was not opened or damaged. Package should not have been delivered in the first place.

      So sorry this has happened. 

      Whaty happens when an issue like this occures we contact the carrier and put a request in to have this sent back to us which has been done. 


      This unfortunately this is never guaranteed. 

      but we for sure can take a return on this.

      I ordered a tv bundle through Brads Deal for this company. I never received the tv even though fed ex said it was delivered. I have a ring doorbell and a camera system that covers both the back and front of my house and I do not show a delivery from fed-ex. Fed ex has a history of delivering to the wrong address or not delivering at all. This company insist on charging me for a product I did not receive. They asked that I file a police report which I did and they still are adding the charge to my account. ***** delivered a bed my house a week later that did not belong to me. They put a package on my porch with my name and a bed against garage with a different name and address. When I called and advised they seemed unconcerned and said they would send someone out to get the package the same day. After three days and night sitting outside my garage my husband too the bed to the party. I should not be charged for a tv that I did not receive. This is a significant charge. I work from home and help care for an elderly parent someone is at my home 24/7.
