    I bought a home security camera from staples in **************** about 6 months ago. I had to purchase it because my abusive ex fianc threatening my life. I have a permanent restraining order but that does not stop him. So I bought the camera so I know when he is around and I can give the evidence to the police when they arrive. Now I dont have that and he has gotten to me a couple of times and beat me up. Its been 2 months this problem has started and still no resolution. They emailed me on May 13 saying they would get back to me when they fix it. So June 7 I called and emailed them and they said they are having app problems. Then the same day or the next day they said to download an app and my camera still doesnt work. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go to the store I purchased it from to get a refund. I wrote back asking why would I have to go to the store when its not their fault that its not working. Now they said I need to mail the camera back and then when they get it they will mail me a replacement in 2-3 weeks. Im sorry I could end up dead before then. I have been dealing with this for too long. I just want a refund so I can buy a camera that will actually work and not stop working all of a sudden.

    I returned a hover board I purchased for Christmas. It did not work so I sent it to this company that it said to in the paperwork it was weeks before I finally called to get an update on the return of my hover board. No one contacted me there was no tracking number. I called numerous times before I finally started calling different departments to talk to somebody, when I did speak to somebody, they told me that I was to expect a scooter and replacement of my hover board within the next few days which never happened. I returned the hover board in February and now it is late May Ive called numerous times only to be given the runaround put on hold multiple times for the phone call to be disconnected. I believe this business is a fraud. I dont expect Ill be receiving a refund or replacement after the number of times *** contacted them just to be lied to this is my seventh attempt and I was just put on hold again for about 20 minutes on the phone call disconnected. When someone doesnt answer the phone its usually just a hi and I have to ask them if this is a business or not and then they say all connected customer service, and it never happens. I dont know what this business is but I believe its a fraud or scam.
